    I had the R1 and it was VERY GOOD and that's why I preferred it, but it has nothing to do with the R1. In 3 months, the headset's reset broke, so I took it for service and I'm waiting for an update from the service. They replaced it with a new one

    Completely useless, does not connect to 2 phones as promised. The r1 was excellent and that's why I preferred it, but it has nothing to do with the r1. Also, it didn't even have a cord for the neck in the packaging! They cheaped out. The button placement is not ergonomic like the previous one. Also, the noise canceling it promises, my conversation partners haven't told me that they can hear me better than before. Failed purchase!
