Description

The welding machine from Caterpillar offers unbeatable welding features. The Inverter technology with IGBT control meets the specifications intended for demanding professionals. It offers an excellent duty cycle of 30% at 200A, providing continuous welding for rods of 1.6 and 5 mm.

It is capable of performing the following welding processes:

  • MMA - electrode welding
  • TIG ignition type - TIG LIFT

The welding mode is adjusted via a small lever located on the control panel of the machine body. The welding machine has 3 functions for quality work:

  • Arc force: allows you to achieve a more stable arc.
  • Hot Start: facilitates the striking of the electric arc.
  • Anti-Stick: automatically turns off the welding generator if an electrode sticks to the material to be welded.

Equipped with temperature sensors, a digital LCD screen on the front, and variable current intensity control with a digital meter for simultaneous display of the welding current. Welds all rods from 1.6 to 5 mm, rutile steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cellulose (6013 - 308 - 7018 - A5.15).

The welding machine features the LIFT-TIG function, which guarantees excellent results for welds on thin sheet metal such as car bodies or thin materials with perfect finishes and guaranteed sealing. Connects with a LIFT-TIG torch with a DINSE 25 connection.
