Description

The welding machine from Caterpillar offers unbeatable welding features. The Inverter technology with IGBT control meets the specifications intended for demanding professionals. Its performance is significant thanks to the power range, which varies from a minimum current of 10A to a maximum of 200A, while the duty cycle is 35% at 200A.

It is capable of performing the following welding processes:

  • MMA - electrode welding
  • TIG ignition type - TIG LIFT

The welding mode is adjusted via a small lever located on the control panel of the machine body, which also allows the selection of the engagement logic: 2T and 4T.

Also on the control panel, it is possible to adjust the speed (in seconds) of the Down Slope, Post Flow, and the intensity regulator. It requires a 230V power supply with direct current (DC) and at maximum intensity, it consumes 4.5 kW (TIG) and 7.0 (MMA).

Equipped with temperature sensors, a digital LCD screen on the front, and variable current intensity control with a digital meter for simultaneous display of the welding current. Welds all rods from 1.6 to 5 mm, rutile steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cellulose (6013 - 308 - 7018 - A5.15).

The welding machine features the LIFT-TIG function, which guarantees excellent results for your welds on thin sheet metal such as car bodies or thin materials with perfect finishes and guaranteed sealing.
