It showed a malfunction after one month of use. I am left without a receipt printer and now I have to go through the process of finding a new one. Unacceptable for something that concerns such serious work and should be absolutely stable and functional.

Perfect, it does its job. It is made of good plastic. It prints very well and you can make the letters quite large so that even a blind person could see them

There was a problem with the paper cutting within the first 6 months of use. The colors and printing are fine, but now it will need to be replaced, because the "blade" did not work properly even after repair.

I had bought a Netum with very good reviews which broke down after 2 months, maybe due to a power drop! Searching on Skroutz I saw very good comments about this one and I bought it, so far it's perfect for what I need it for in the shop, efood orders etc

Its IP was not the one listed in the manual, you turn it off, press the feed, and turn it on to see its IP. Additionally, its network card is very weak/sensitive; on the same cable I used for the old printer, which never had a problem (~20m ethernet cat5e), this one has 25% packet loss, resulting in it basically not working. If you connect it to a short cable, it seems to have no problem.

P.S. I put a small switch near it to boost the signal and it seems ok now.

Incredibly difficult Ethernet installation. No computer on the network could see it. We had to go through the paperwork to find its IP and get the drivers to work. In operation, it is very good on the first day.

I really think it's the best in its category! Truly value for money, it doesn't break down, nice design and with a 3-year warranty!! I highly recommend it!!!!

How long will it last and will it affect the rating? For now, intense printing. It doesn't waste paper with gaps up and down like the previous one. We'll see... it says it can also print labels. It hasn't been tested on that

I bought the thermal receipt printer and I am extremely satisfied. The installation was very easy and the connectivity with the various options helped me to integrate it seamlessly into my system. It prints quickly and cleanly, without any problems or delays. Ideal for professional use and worth its money. I highly recommend it.

Value for Money!!! I have bought 2 and they do their job very well and without any problems. An advantage is that it cuts the paper automatically as soon as it prints and can be placed vertically on the wall.

Very good product, I bought it almost 1 year ago, even though it is cheaper, it does not lack anything!! It prints very fast and has USB-Serial-LAN. It has an internal buzzer and bright indicators that serve many purposes.
I highly recommend it, very important that it also has a 3-year warranty!!
