I bought it with hesitation because I read some not-so-good reviews.. For me personally, it does a very good job for the simple daily use that I want for my work. Waterproof, it doesn't budge at all, it makes my small eyelashes look intense. It does wash off a bit difficult during makeup removal, but okay.
