The NZXT T120 active CPU cooler uses four copper heat pipes with Direct Contact technology to transfer heat from the processor to the heatsink. The heat pipe cover is made of aluminum, and the cooler’s design leaves room for an additional fan.

The package includes mounting hardware for Intel and AMD motherboards and 1 g of NZXT High-Performance Thermal Paste. In most cases, it does not obstruct the RAM or GPU slots.
