The Axagon EE25-XA6 enclosure houses a 2.5" SATA hard drive or SSD and connects to a computer via USB 3.2 Gen 1. It supports UASP and TRIM, as well as S.M.A.R.T. information reading for monitoring drive health. The aluminum casing helps dissipate heat and provides mechanical protection for the drive.

It supports SATA I, SATA II and SATA III drives up to 9.5 mm high, with no capacity limit. It connects via a micro USB 3.2 B port and is powered through the USB port. The enclosure supports Hot Plug, Plug and Play, booting from an SSD or HDD, and automatic drive sleep after 10 minutes of inactivity.
