The packaging of the company was good, however, the lower arm was scratched when I opened the package. The lower arm is also slightly bent, resulting in the entire instrument "wobbling" on the floor. Its stability does not inspire confidence at all, and it sways quite a bit from side to side. This is not helped at all by the fact that the base has a very small width and with the slightest movement, it shifts to the side. For single-leg exercises, there’s no question. I would only recommend it to small/light users.

η σταθερότητά του δεν εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη καθόλου, και κουνάει αρκετά αριστερά δεξιά. σε αυτό δεν βοηθάει καθόλου ότι οι βάση έχει πολύ μικρό πλάτος και με το παραμικρό φεύγει στο πλάι. για ασκήσεις με το ένα πόδι ούτε λόγος.
θα το συνιστούσα μόνο σε μικρόσωμους/ελαφριούς χρήστες.
