    The Timberland Carnaby Cool are very good in terms of quality and appearance. The leather seems sturdy for now. They are comfortable from the first uses and have a relatively soft step.
    Now, the comparison with the classic Timberland 6 Inch. They lasted me almost 7 years or better to say 7 winters (with walks and mild hikes), where in the end the sole came off.
    The Carnaby Cool are much lighter and more comfortable for everyday walking. The 6 Inch remain heavier and more "rigid," to the point where I had to buy and use an insole. Finally, I have the impression that they are not as waterproof as the classic (6 inch) ones, but I will confirm this over time.
