Men's winter gloves. These ski and snowboard gloves from Icepeak will keep your hands warm on the mountain as well as in the city.
I bought these gloves for Finland, where I went to work. The description stated that they are suitable for sport use in snowy environments, specifically for skiing and snowboarding. In no case do they protect you from the cold. I wore them for the first time when the temperature was around 4 - 5 degrees. Almost immediately, I felt the cold penetrating my hands. When the real cold for the area set in, the gloves were only good as an accessory. With the temperature at -11 to -14, after 10 minutes, my hands were hurting and when I took them off they were numb! My opinion is that this particular pair of gloves is only good for normal cold, in the center of Athens. In terms of appearance, though, they are quite good and you can combine them with casual clothing from the same company.
Αγόρασα τα συγκεκριμένα γάντια, για την Φιλανδία, όπου πήγα για να εργαστώ. Η περιγραφή ενημέρωνε, ότι ενδείκνυνται για sport χρήση, σε χιονισμένο περιβάλλον και συγκεκριμένα για ski και snowboard. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν σε προστατεύουν από το κρύο. Τα φόρεσα πρώτη φορά, με την θερμοκρασία να κυμαίνεται, γύρω, στους 04 - 05 βαθμούς. Σχεδόν αμέσως, ένιωσα το κρύο που διαπέρασε στα χέρια μου. Όταν έπιασαν τα καλά, για την περιοχή, κρύα, απλά τα γάντια έκαναν μόνο για αξεσουάρ. Με την θερμοκρασία στους -11 έως -14, μετά από 10 λεπτά, με πονούσαν τα χέρια μου και όταν τα έβγαζα ήταν κοκαλωμένα! Η γνώμη μου είναι, ότι το συγκεκριμένο ζευγάρι γάντια κάνει μόνο για φυσιολογικό κρύο, στο Κέντρο της Αθήνας. Από εμφάνιση, πάντως, είναι αρκετά καλό και μπορείς να το συνδυάσεις με casual ένδυση της ίδιας εταιρείας.
