Review this product
  • Today I made 5 kg of lamb mince in one go (previously I have also made pork) without any problems. I started with the largest cutting plate intending to do a second pass with the medium one, but in the end, I left it coarsely ground. I have never seen minced meat stained with oils that are mentioned for other machines. For the price and for occasional use, I recommend it 100%.
    Tips:
    - Cut the meat into small pieces. Ideally, you will not use the attachment for pushing the meat into the machine at all.
    - Completely clean the meat of bones and sinews and as much fat as possible.
    - If you see the machine struggling, stop immediately, disassemble the parts, clean them, and, if necessary, use a "coarser" cutting plate / cut smaller pieces / remove fats-bones-sinews.
    - In the end, clean the meat residues well and, after drying, brush a layer of oil (anything) for protection against rust.

Edit: I have only used it for mince; I have no opinion on the other functions (sausages, etc.).
