Stay away!!! From the first day, the mechanism that adjusts it broke on me as soon as I opened it. I fixed it with my own screws, but still, it feels very uncomfortable like a jump rope. I should have returned it, but I was too lazy for the process. Even if they gave it to me for free, I would have thrown it away, just like I did with this one. My next purchase will be a regular rope from a hardware store to last long-term!!
