The Land Law, a new branch of Property Law, is in full development. It concerns every individual, natural or legal, regarding their properties. The characteristics of the work are the thorough analysis of the rules of Land Law, the rich reference to case law (including excerpts from court decisions on the topics examined), the presentation of theoretical opinions (complete relevant bibliography) and their critical approach, as well as the overall handling of land disputes at an extrajudicial and judicial level.
The development of the work begins with the Introduction, referring to the legal relationship of land, the land organs, the land terms, and the effects of Land Law on Civil Law.
The Second Part follows, in which there are developments on land registration (Law 2308/1995), with emphasis not only on the findings of case law and theory, but also on the relationships of Land Registration at the stage of functioning Land Registry (Law 2664/1998).
The research approach to various issues is also detailed in the Third Part (Law 2664/1998, with all amending laws). Among many others, emphasis is placed on registered acts, corrective actions and applications, manifest errors, various procedural issues, as well as transitional law issues.
For the completeness of the book, there are Appendices, which include the text of the new Law 4164/2013 and its Explanatory Report, and detailed Indexes (of legal rules and entries), which significantly assist the reader.
