I have had it for over 3 years. I can't imagine how I managed before without it.
I read various silly comments like "the program for potatoes doesn't cook them well." Give me a break... the preset programs are for an average use. Cooking times depend on various things, the type, how thick/thin the pieces are, etc. Not just for potatoes, for EVERYTHING.
Let's get to the point. As a device, it's awesome. However, there is the well-known manufacturing issue with the fitting of the basket to the device. OK, it's annoying and I understand that. In one photo I show you something very simple I did, just so that the 'tongue' of the basket, which has worn out, makes contact. A little folded aluminum foil at the spot where the basket clicks in and you're OK. If it didn't have this issue, I would give it 5 stars.
Would I buy it again? Yes

I have had it for 2 years, it still works normally and we have no problems. We use it about 3 times a week. I bought it then for 100 euros.

* There is no way to clean the heating element or the fan, which fills with grease and cannot be cleaned at all.
* Broke down 3 years later when I tried to clean the grease

* The glass is plastic and gets dirty very easily
* The coating inside comes off easily if you wash it by hand
* They cannot be washed in the dishwasher as they get damaged immediately

Conclusion: Spend more money and get a dual-zone one, guys, because the basket is not particularly big either.

It is a device that we use almost daily. Easy connection and also to the app from where you can control it, apart from the screen of the device itself. We have found the right timings to get the result we want. I have noticed a flaw when placing the basket to start cooking; there isn't always a good contact and I have to put it back in using quite a bit of force. As a result, the basket hits the rest of the device quite hard. I hope this doesn't affect the device's durability.

In the one year that I have had it, the drum has broken. I call the dealership, which does not have spare parts, so if you buy this specific model and something happens, you're out of luck. Also, it has a problem with not closing properly and cannot start working; this specific model cannot be used if the drum is not closed properly. Generally, stay away from this company; unacceptable behavior at the headquarters.

I've been using it for over a year and I wouldn't change it! For meals for one to two people (fried potatoes and burgers maybe a bit more) it's amazing, practical, makes the food crispy! It notifies you halfway through cooking to turn the food (fillets, chicken, fish), it's controlled by the mobile app (for me the app wasn't in Greek but in Chinese, so I didn't use it much). I've made a very nice baked omelet with minimal oil (it needs the special paper). It's very convenient that you can see the food through the transparent surface and the light that turns on.

After 2 years, I regret buying it. It broke inside the drawer without me ever using hot or even warm water or turning it with wire. Under the drawer, on the right and left, there are two notches that fit when you close the drawer so that it is ready for use. Now I am having a lot of difficulty closing the drawer and making it ready for use because with the opening and closing, the plastic underneath has worn out. As for cooking food, I do not regret it at all; it is amazing

3 stars because I used it for a year, I temporarily gave it to my brother when I moved and was looking for a house, and in the end, I kept it. Now, however, after buying another one, I realized the difference. The glass is very convenient, although I personally always opened the drawer to see if it was ready. Good as a device, beautiful, not too bulky, but its major drawback is that in the time the manufacturer gives, you need at least 4-5 extra minutes. In my new one, in 9 minutes with 4 minutes of preheating, I cooked a ribeye steak perfectly. With this one, I took at least 20 minutes

I have been using it for a few months now and I am generally very satisfied. It is my first air fryer, so I don't have any comparison. It can cook enough for 2 people.
The positives:

The negatives:
The preset settings are not always correct for certain foods, e.g., pizza depends a lot on the type of dough, so it requires experimentation. The same goes for the steak depending on its thickness.
In the app, you can't add new recipes.
The package does not include any cookware, so you will need to buy them. There is a set for this specific model that is very convenient, but you will in no way avoid using parchment paper

I have had it for almost a year and it is one of the best purchases I have made. It is incredibly easy to use, it really frees up your hands. There are 2 people in the house and it is enough. Everything that has been cooked has never come out dry and you can make almost anything. The "fried" potatoes without oil are unbeatable. It definitely helps with time and a healthier way of cooking, as well as electricity consumption. Bonus is the light it has so you can see what is happening inside the basket, and the app that allows you to operate it from further away.

After 1 year of use, the drum dissolved and unfortunately almost completely...half of the indicators do not light up from the 1st month but ok. this is not something terrible...
the times are not as stated because the machine is weak and has a large drum but ok you always add 10 minutes more.
the biggest problem is the cleaning and that the drum and the rack peeled relatively quickly after 5-6 months of use...

I used it twice and now it doesn't turn on.

Very good product, I have had it for about a month and I have no problems. In the positives, the air fryer is user-friendly, easy to clean, there are no unpleasant odors at the end of each use, ideal for 2 people. Very useful thanks to the application, it helps a lot especially if you are in a hurry and to remotely monitor the temperature and remaining time. In the negatives, the times indicated in the preset programs are not completely representative. Maybe it will need a little more time, but nothing terrible. This also depends on the type of raw material, if you have preheated the basket, the quantity you will put.

2 days, we made potatoes and a steak. Spray with oil and it's ready. Huge difference with oven or frying pan. Using paper for easier cleaning. Quick meal and energy-saving. The fact that you can see through the glass is a big plus. We also put frozen cheese pies, perfect. 5.5 liters 1500w. If anything changes, I will update.

After about a year of operation, it works perfectly. The basket doesn't peel. Non-stick paper has always been used. It cleans easily after cooking with a cloth. The glass doesn't fog up. The times indicated are 70% accurate. The air and steam come out from the back. I haven't used the WiFi. After a while, the heating element has "stuck" with oils, etc. (if you turn it upside down). When the basket is opened to turn it, a lot of steam falls down

There is an issue with the bin, the bin does not latch after a few uses.
I experienced the exact same thing with the second one I bought from a different store.

I haven't made many dishes to have a complete opinion.
Potato chicken, chicken nuggets, steaks, vegetables.
They cook them just fine, but not anything extraordinary.
With a little oil, yes, they become crispy, but in terms of time, it's the same as using an oven.
I had bought a robot for 39 euros, which worked almost the same way, had a larger capacity, and required the same amount of time. I probably made a mistake and replaced it.

I was torn between the 5.5 and 8 liters. I preferred the first one because its bin is rectangular and not round, therefore more practical! It can actually fit a whole chicken in pieces and, most importantly, fish can fit normally without... folding. The one with 8 liters is deeper, but its round shape is not as practical as the one with 5.5 liters and its rectangular shape. For now, I am completely satisfied. The major pros are the oil and the time for some meals. Time will tell about its durability. The main features are the glass for visibility and the notification for food flipping.
