The speaker does not have a box, which helps save space in the car cabin or trunk. Passive subwoofers like this one do not have a built-in amplifier, so an external amplifier is required for them to operate, which also determines the quality of sound reproduction. In passive speakers, the phenomenon of overheating of the speaker and air during operation is not encountered due to the absence of an internal amplifier.

    I bought the speaker on 14/10/25, I have had it for 4 months, it needs a good and sturdy box. It also needs a powerful and good amplifier. Additionally, I use it for home use and both floors of the house shake and it can be heard by the neighbors as well. As for the 1500watts, I don't know. It is a very good speaker and worth its money. I highly recommend it.
