Worse than the first in all aspects. Much easier, not scary at all, vehicles can go everywhere now, there is no mystery, the characters with the excellent cutscenes go nowhere in the story except for 2, 2 out of the 3 plot twists you can see coming.

A sequel that must be played by all players of the first game but in the end offers nothing special and in no way is it comparable to that amazing experience the first game gave us... Whether in terms of story, music, or the overall atmosphere and vibe of the game.

Ενα sequel που πρεπει να παιχτει απο ολους τους παικτες του πρωτου παιχνιδιου αλλα στην τελικη δεν προσφερει τιποτα το ιδιαιτερο και σε καμια περιπτωση δεν ειναι συγκρισιμο με αυτην την εμπειριαρα που μας εδωσε στο πρωτο παιχνιδι... Recycling of the first game's story, but without its "peculiar" character and with more nonsense (beyond the expected). The gameplay has been streamlined to be more digestible for those who didn't like the walking, even though it was a core mechanic when you were "connecting" the map in the first game. There is quite a bit of stealth, but without a story, without map difficulty, and with walking made easier, the game differs noticeably from Death Stranding 1.
Ανακύκλωση της ιστορίας του πρώτου παιχνιδιού, χωρίς όμως τον "περίεργο" χαρακτήρα της και με περισσότερες ανοησίες (πέρα από τις αναμενόμενες). Το gameplay έχει γίνει streamlined για να είναι πιο εύπεπτο σε αυτούς που δεν ήθελαν το περπάτημα, παρόλο που ήταν βασικός μηχανισμός όταν "σύνδεες" τον χάρτη στο πρώτο παιχνίδι. Έχει αρκετό stealth, αλλά χωρίς ιστορία, χωρίς τη δυσκολία στο χάρτη και με διευκόλυνση του περπατήματος, το παιχνίδι διαφέρει αισθητά από το Death Stranding 1.

The only negative is the collector's edition.. the poorest collector's edition in the history of collectors.. not even close to being worth €250, I got it when they dropped it to €149.. and even then it was a lot.

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι η collector.. η πιο φτωχή collector στην ιστορία τον collectors.. ούτε κατά διάνοια 250€ την πήρα όταν την είχαν ρίξει στα 149..και πάλι πολλά ήταν.

I finished the first one twice. Once when it was first released and another time just before the second one came out.
The second one makes some aspects of the gameplay a little or even much better than the first. Although, generally speaking, it feels like playing the first one which got a big update. Which for me personally was positive because it was very familiar and because I liked the first one. After all, it wasn’t something entirely new but the continuation of the story from the first game.
Now, the only perhaps "negative" for me was that it’s longer than the first and at some point, somewhere around 60-80% of the game, it gets a bit monotonous as you try to connect the rest of the continent, realizing you’re approaching the end and that’s where the story will start to unravel, while during that period nothing particularly exciting happens.
But the last 4-5 hours were Epic!!
I wish there were more creators with Kojima’s madness!! So many WTF moments, whether in story or visuals, are hard to find elsewhere.
Τερμάτισα το πρώτο δύο φορές. Μία όταν πρώτο κυκλοφόρησε και άλλη μία λίγο πριν κυκλοφορήσει το δεύτερο.
Το δεύτερο κάνει λίγο έως πολύ κάποια σημεία του gameplay καλύτερο από το πρώτο. Αν και σε γενικές γραμμές είναι σαν να παίζεις το πρώτο το οποίο πήρε ένα μεγάλο update. Το οποίο για μένα προσωπικά ήταν θετικό γιατί ήταν πολύ γνώριμο και γιατί μου είχε αρέσει το πρώτο. Άλλωστε δεν ήταν κάτι εντελώς καινούριο αλλά η συνέχεια της ιστορίας του πρώτου παιχνιδιού.
Τωρα το μόνο ίσως "αρνητικό" για μένα ήταν ότι είναι μεγαλύτερο σε διάρκεια από το πρώτο και κάποια στιγμή κάπου στο 60-80% του παιχνιδιού είναι λίγο μονότονο προσπαθώντας να σύνδεσης την υπόλοιποι ήπειρο καταλαβαίνοντας ότι φτάνεις προς το τέλος και ότι εκεί θα αρχίσει να ξετυλίγεται το κουβάρι ενώ σε εκείνο το διάστημα δεν γίνεται κάτι συγκλονιστικό.
Το τελευταίο όμως περίπου 4ωρο - 5ωρο ήταν Έπος!!
Μακάρι να υπήρχαν περισσότεροι δημιουργεί με την τρέλα του Kojima!! Τόσες WTF στιγμές είτε σε ιστορία είτε σε εικόνες δύσκολα να της βρεις άλλου.
If someone liked the first one, they will love the second.
If someone didn't like the first one because of the back-and-forth, but likes the story/vibe, there are significant improvements in movement, which make things much more "easy".
Αν σε κάποιον άρεσε το πρώτο, το 2ο θα το λατρέψει.
Αν σε κάποιον δεν άρεσε το πρώτο λόγω του πήγαινε -έλα, αλλά του αρέσει η ιστορία/vibe έχει σημαντικές βελτιώσεις στο θέμα μετακίνησης, που κάνει τα πράγματα πολύ πιο "εύκολα".
DS2 greatly improves and enriches every aspect of the gameplay of the first game. The world is now richer, the pace is faster, and the main focus is now on action; essentially, Kojima not only improves but elevates his world, making it more flexible and 'friendly' for a wider audience, leaning more towards MGS.
It is a game where, in terms of story, there seemingly was no room or reason for a sequel, but Mr. Hideo, literally speaking and once again from the heart, shows the opposite.
Το DS2 βελτιώνει σε πολυ μεγάλο βαθμό και εμπλουτίζει κάθε πτυχή του gameplay του 1. Πιο πλούσιος πλέον ο κόσμος, μεγαλύτερος ο ρυθμός και κυριο focus πλεον στην δράση, ουσιαστικά οχι απλα βελτιώνει, αλλά απογειώνει τον κόσμο του o Kojima, κάνοντας το πιο ευέλικτο και "friendly" για το ευρύτερο κοινό, "γερνοντας" παραπάνω προς mgs.
Είναι ένα παιχνίδι όπου από άποψη story φαινομενικά δεν υπήρχε χώρος και λόγος για συνέχεια, αλλά ο κύριος Hideo μιλώντας κυριολεκτικά, αλλη μια φορά από καρδιάς, δείχνει το αντίθετο.
Having played the first one, there was no way I wouldn't follow its sequel. Excellent game from all perspectives. Like the first one, I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, but they have definitely made the game more accessible to a wider audience, always staying true to the recipe of the first. If you don't grasp the magic of the gameplay and what it offers you, then don't even bother, because that's where half the magic of the journey lies.

Having finished the game, I can say that I was shocked. If you liked the first one, then you will definitely love this one.
Emotion, action, plot twists, it has it all. For me personally, it's not just the best game of the year, but also one of the best of all time
Έχοντας παίξει το 1ο δεν γινόταν να μην ακολουθήσω την συνέχεια του. Εξαιρετικό παιχνίδι απ όλες τις οπτικές του. Οπως και το 1ο δεν θα το συνιστούσα παντού, αλλά σίγουρα έχουν φτιάξει γενικά το παιχνίδι για περισσότερο κόσμο, πιστό πάντα στην συνταγή του πρώτου. Playing DS2 you immediately realize that it is an amazing game. It has incredible graphics (among the best of this generation), wonderful music and story. It takes the negatives of the first one and fixes them all. Without a huge introduction, it quickly gets you into the mood and is much more accessible for someone who doesn't want to struggle. It is the perfect sequel for someone who liked the first one. For someone who didn't like it, instead of missing out on the whole experience, at least let them experience the second one.
Παίζοντας το DS2 αντιλαμβάνεσαι αμέσως ότι είναι παιχνιδάρα. Έχει φοβερά γραφικά (από τα καλύτερα της γενιάς αυτής), υπέροχη μουσική και ιστορία. Παίρνει τα αρνητικά του πρώτου και τα διορθώνει όλα. Χωρίς τεράστια εισαγωγή σε βάζει γρήγορα στο κλίμα και είναι πολύ πιο βατό για κάποιον που δε θέλει να ζοριστεί. Είναι η τέλεια συνέχεια για κάποιον που του άρεσε το 1. Σε κάποιον που δεν του άρεσε, από το να μην ζήσει τίποτα από όλη την εμπειρία ας ζήσει έστω του 2.
Amazing game. Graphics, soundtrack, story, blockbuster production. Hideo guarantee! Maybe I expected a slightly longer story; essentially, by the time you connect the story's terminals, like in DS1, you've covered about 70-80% of the story, maybe I wanted a bit more depth in the story. But again, that's subjective. The gameplay is excellent, the improvements to the combat system, the wide variety of weapons (sniper with silencer, etc.) take it to another level, much better than DS1. I never understood the way cars are driven, terrible just like in the first game. Driving at 100km/h and getting instantly immobilized on a rock just because you touched it with the tire. Car handling, like playstation 1 level games. Overall though, it's excellent, a must-play game from every perspective.

Τον τρόπο οδήγησης των αυτοκινήτων ποτέ δεν τον κατάλαβα, άθλιος όπως στο πρώτο παιχνίδι. Να τρέχεις με 100χλμ και να ακινητοποιήσε σε μία πέτρα στιγμιαία επειδή ακούμπησες με το ελαστικό. Χειρισμός αυτοκινήτου, παιχνιδιών επιπέδου playstation 1. Σε γενικές γραμμές όμως είναι εξαιρετικό, ένα must play παιχνίδι από κάθε άποψη.

β. Ultrawide Mode: Αν η οθόνη σου το υποστηρίζει, η επιλογή για "Cinematic 21:9" προσθέτει μαύρες μπάρες αλλά αυξάνει το οπτικό πεδίο, δίνοντας μια πραγματικά κινηματογραφική αίσθηση.
2. Gameplay & HUD
α. Minimal HUD: Απενεργοποίησε τις περιττές ενδείξεις στην οθόνη. Το παιχνίδι είναι οπτικά πλούσιο και οι πληροφορίες για το φορτίο φαίνονται πάνω στο σακίδιο του Sam.

4. Ήχος
α. Music Volume: Η μουσική των Low Roar και άλλων καλλιτεχνών είναι η ψυχή του παιχνιδιού. Ανέβασε την ένταση της μουσικής σε σχέση με τα εφέ για τις στιγμές της εξερεύνησης.
β. Controller Speaker: Άφησε ενεργό το ηχείο του χειριστηρίου για να ακούς τις φωνές της μαριονέτας ή του BB, ενισχύοντας την αίσθηση της συντροφικότητας.
A sequel that must be played by all players of the first game but in the end offers nothing special and in no way is it comparable to that amazing experience the first game gave us... Whether in terms of story, music, or the overall atmosphere and vibe of the game.

Ενα sequel που πρεπει να παιχτει απο ολους τους παικτες του πρωτου παιχνιδιου αλλα στην τελικη δεν προσφερει τιποτα το ιδιαιτερο και σε καμια περιπτωση δεν ειναι συγκρισιμο με αυτην την εμπειριαρα που μας εδωσε στο πρωτο παιχνιδι... Recycling of the first game's story, but without its "peculiar" character and with more nonsense (beyond the expected). The gameplay has been streamlined to be more digestible for those who didn't like the walking, even though it was a core mechanic when you were "connecting" the map in the first game. There is quite a bit of stealth, but without a story, without map difficulty, and with walking made easier, the game differs noticeably from Death Stranding 1.

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι η collector.. η πιο φτωχή collector στην ιστορία τον collectors.. ούτε κατά διάνοια 250€ την πήρα όταν την είχαν ρίξει στα 149..και πάλι πολλά ήταν.

I finished the first one twice. Once when it was first released and another time just before the second one came out.
The second one makes some aspects of the gameplay a little or even much better than the first. Although, generally speaking, it feels like playing the first one which got a big update. Which for me personally was positive because it was very familiar and because I liked the first one. After all, it wasn’t something entirely new but the continuation of the story from the first game.
Now, the only perhaps "negative" for me was that it’s longer than the first and at some point, somewhere around 60-80% of the game, it gets a bit monotonous as you try to connect the rest of the continent, realizing you’re approaching the end and that’s where the story will start to unravel, while during that period nothing particularly exciting happens.
But the last 4-5 hours were Epic!!
I wish there were more creators with Kojima’s madness!! So many WTF moments, whether in story or visuals, are hard to find elsewhere.
Τερμάτισα το πρώτο δύο φορές. Μία όταν πρώτο κυκλοφόρησε και άλλη μία λίγο πριν κυκλοφορήσει το δεύτερο.
Το δεύτερο κάνει λίγο έως πολύ κάποια σημεία του gameplay καλύτερο από το πρώτο. Αν και σε γενικές γραμμές είναι σαν να παίζεις το πρώτο το οποίο πήρε ένα μεγάλο update. Το οποίο για μένα προσωπικά ήταν θετικό γιατί ήταν πολύ γνώριμο και γιατί μου είχε αρέσει το πρώτο. Άλλωστε δεν ήταν κάτι εντελώς καινούριο αλλά η συνέχεια της ιστορίας του πρώτου παιχνιδιού.
Τωρα το μόνο ίσως "αρνητικό" για μένα ήταν ότι είναι μεγαλύτερο σε διάρκεια από το πρώτο και κάποια στιγμή κάπου στο 60-80% του παιχνιδιού είναι λίγο μονότονο προσπαθώντας να σύνδεσης την υπόλοιποι ήπειρο καταλαβαίνοντας ότι φτάνεις προς το τέλος και ότι εκεί θα αρχίσει να ξετυλίγεται το κουβάρι ενώ σε εκείνο το διάστημα δεν γίνεται κάτι συγκλονιστικό.
Το τελευταίο όμως περίπου 4ωρο - 5ωρο ήταν Έπος!!
Μακάρι να υπήρχαν περισσότεροι δημιουργεί με την τρέλα του Kojima!! Τόσες WTF στιγμές είτε σε ιστορία είτε σε εικόνες δύσκολα να της βρεις άλλου.
If someone liked the first one, they will love the second.
If someone didn't like the first one because of the back-and-forth, but likes the story/vibe, there are significant improvements in movement, which make things much more "easy".

Αν σε κάποιον δεν άρεσε το πρώτο λόγω του πήγαινε -έλα, αλλά του αρέσει η ιστορία/vibe έχει σημαντικές βελτιώσεις στο θέμα μετακίνησης, που κάνει τα πράγματα πολύ πιο "εύκολα".
DS2 greatly improves and enriches every aspect of the gameplay of the first game. The world is now richer, the pace is faster, and the main focus is now on action; essentially, Kojima not only improves but elevates his world, making it more flexible and 'friendly' for a wider audience, leaning more towards MGS.
It is a game where, in terms of story, there seemingly was no room or reason for a sequel, but Mr. Hideo, literally speaking and once again from the heart, shows the opposite.
Το DS2 βελτιώνει σε πολυ μεγάλο βαθμό και εμπλουτίζει κάθε πτυχή του gameplay του 1. Πιο πλούσιος πλέον ο κόσμος, μεγαλύτερος ο ρυθμός και κυριο focus πλεον στην δράση, ουσιαστικά οχι απλα βελτιώνει, αλλά απογειώνει τον κόσμο του o Kojima, κάνοντας το πιο ευέλικτο και "friendly" για το ευρύτερο κοινό, "γερνοντας" παραπάνω προς mgs.
Είναι ένα παιχνίδι όπου από άποψη story φαινομενικά δεν υπήρχε χώρος και λόγος για συνέχεια, αλλά ο κύριος Hideo μιλώντας κυριολεκτικά, αλλη μια φορά από καρδιάς, δείχνει το αντίθετο.
Having played the first one, there was no way I wouldn't follow its sequel. Excellent game from all perspectives. Like the first one, I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, but they have definitely made the game more accessible to a wider audience, always staying true to the recipe of the first. If you don't grasp the magic of the gameplay and what it offers you, then don't even bother, because that's where half the magic of the journey lies.

Having finished the game, I can say that I was shocked. If you liked the first one, then you will definitely love this one.
Emotion, action, plot twists, it has it all. For me personally, it's not just the best game of the year, but also one of the best of all time

5 Stars just like the first in the series. Clearly improved in all areas. As for the story, what can we say... Kojima is a master at these. Something between Sixth Sense, Interstellar, Inception with plenty of Metal Gear vibes!

Playing DS2 you immediately realize that it is an amazing game. It has incredible graphics (among the best of this generation), wonderful music and story. It takes the negatives of the first one and fixes them all. Without a huge introduction, it quickly gets you into the mood and is much more accessible for someone who doesn't want to struggle. It is the perfect sequel for someone who liked the first one. For someone who didn't like it, instead of missing out on the whole experience, at least let them experience the second one.

Χωρίς τεράστια εισαγωγή σε βάζει γρήγορα στο κλίμα και είναι πολύ πιο βατό για κάποιον που δε θέλει να ζοριστεί. Είναι η τέλεια συνέχεια για κάποιον που του άρεσε το 1. Σε κάποιον που δεν του άρεσε, από το να μην ζήσει τίποτα από όλη την εμπειρία ας ζήσει έστω του 2.
Amazing game. Graphics, soundtrack, story, blockbuster production. Hideo guarantee! Maybe I expected a slightly longer story; essentially, by the time you connect the story's terminals, like in DS1, you've covered about 70-80% of the story, maybe I wanted a bit more depth in the story. But again, that's subjective. The gameplay is excellent, the improvements to the combat system, the wide variety of weapons (sniper with silencer, etc.) take it to another level, much better than DS1. I never understood the way cars are driven, terrible just like in the first game. Driving at 100km/h and getting instantly immobilized on a rock just because you touched it with the tire. Car handling, like playstation 1 level games. Overall though, it's excellent, a must-play game from every perspective.

Ίσως περίμενα λίγο μεγαλύτερη ιστορία, ουσιαστικά μέχρι να ενώσεις τους τερματικούς σταθμούς της ιστορίας, όπως στο DS1, έχεις καλύψει ένα 70-80% της ιστορίας, ίσως ήθελα λίγο πιο εμβάθυνση στην ιστορία. Αλλά και πάλι αυτό είναι υποκειμενικό. Το gameplay εξαιρετικό, οι βελτιώσεις στο σύστημα μάχης, η μεγάλη ποικιλία όπλων (sniper με σιγαστήρα κτλ) το πάνε σε άλλο επίπεδο, πολύ καλύτερο από το DS1. Τον τρόπο οδήγησης των αυτοκινήτων ποτέ δεν τον κατάλαβα, άθλιος όπως στο πρώτο παιχνίδι. Να τρέχεις με 100χλμ και να ακινητοποιήσε σε μία πέτρα στιγμιαία επειδή ακούμπησες με το ελαστικό. Χειρισμός αυτοκινήτου, παιχνιδιών επιπέδου playstation 1. Σε γενικές γραμμές όμως είναι εξαιρετικό, ένα must play παιχνίδι από κάθε άποψη.

Beyond the amazing graphics (it looks like a high end PC on PS5 Pro), the atmosphere, the gameplay, the acting, etc. etc., the inspiration Kojima had when writing the script as well as what everything in the game symbolizes is incredible. Worse than the first in all aspects. Much easier, not scary at all, vehicles can go everywhere now, there is no mystery, the characters with the excellent cutscenes go nowhere in the story except for 2, 2 out of the 3 plot twists you can see coming.

### Main Drawbacks ###
1. Pacing: It's still a Kojima game. This means huge cutscenes (sometimes over an hour) and a slow introduction. If you lack patience, you'll struggle.

Ενα sequel που πρεπει να παιχτει απο ολους τους παικτες του πρωτου παιχνιδιου αλλα στην τελικη δεν προσφερει τιποτα το ιδιαιτερο και σε καμια περιπτωση δεν ειναι συγκρισιμο με αυτην την εμπειριαρα που μας εδωσε στο πρωτο παιχνιδι... Ειτε σεναριακα,ειτε μουσικα, ειτε σε ολη την ατμοσφαιρα και το vibe του παιχνιδιου.
