Revolutionary Performance

Designed to fully utilize the highest frequency speed and enhance the data transfer rate, each DDR5 DRAM integrated circuit is implemented with double the number of banks and bank groups, as well as double the burst length, at 32 banks in 8 bank groups with a burst length of 16. Combined with a module layout consisting of two 32-bit subchannels, DDR5 memory is capable of delivering more data than DDR4.

Brand new power management design

Each DDR5 memory module is built with an integrated PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) chip, which allows for better control and power delivery.

Support XMP 3.0
