It is named after the group of western islands located where Norway meets the North Sea. The Utvær features a solid full construction, wide birch handle, and a 4-inch 12C27 Sandvik steel blade. The Scandinavian blade and leather sheath are characteristics of the functionality and beauty of Helle knives.
