Stay away, it keeps having the same problem over and over again (3 out of 3 defective)

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought the monitor on February 2, 2024 for around €200, and after a year it started showing parallel lines that were flashing, until it went completely black. On March 28, 2025 I sent it under warranty to Gigabyte’s service center in the Netherlands, and they sent me a new one on April 4, 2025. Unfortunately, the joy didn’t last long, because on July 1, 2026 the second monitor developed exactly the same problem: the lines started flashing again and now they have become permanent. The worst part is that I bought it because a friend of mine recommended it; he had bought one a little before me and also had to send it to the Netherlands for the exact same reason. We’re talking about 3 out of 3 monitors having the same issue with the LCD panel. I’ll speak with support again in case they replace it with another model, because this is clearly defective from the factory. Don’t make the same mistake we did; avoid it because the hassle is not worth it.
