Description

Description

Cats do not need philosophy. Following their nature, they are content with the life that is offered to them.

Humans, on the other hand, seem to have a natural discomfort with their own nature. The human animal never ceases to struggle to become something it is not. Cats make no such effort.

A large part of human existence consists of the struggle for happiness. For cats, on the other hand, happiness is their basic state. They possess an inherent happiness that humans usually fail to attain.

Humans cannot become cats. However, if they set aside the idea that they are superior creatures, they may come to understand how cats thrive without desperately seeking how to live.
