Specifications
GloboStar sealing silicone is a one-component thermal paste suitable for electronic, electrical and mechanical applications. It transfers heat from electronic components such as CPUs, heat sinks, high-power transistors and SCR diodes, and fills gaps between aluminium or copper substrates. Once cured, it provides dielectric properties and helps seal against dust and vibration, waterproof surfaces and provide electrical insulation.
Clean any oil from the application surface before applying. Spread the paste evenly in a thin layer.
