The Chrodomi grey primer is intended for iron surfaces, protecting them from oxidation and preparing them for the final coat of paint. It dries in 20–40 minutes and withstands temperatures of up to 100 °C. It can be applied to railings, beams, doors and other iron surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
Before application, the surface must be cleaned of dust, grease, oil, peeling paint, rust, mould and moisture. Apply the primer with a brush, roller or spray gun. Once dry, sand the surface with suitable sandpaper; it is then ready for the topcoat. The product reaches its full mechanical strength after 20–30 days.
Do not apply at temperatures below 6 °C or above 40 °C, or when relative humidity exceeds 80%. During use, keep the tools wet in the container, drain them and clean them immediately with White spirit. If the product dries on the tools, it can only be removed with strong detergents. Do not pour wash water into groundwater.
