The pole can be installed at a ceiling height from 223 to 275 centimeters, and it is very important that the height adjustment is done from the floor base and not from the ceiling base as with other poles, making the whole process easy and safe, without the use of a ladder. 

The Mijo D-75 Dance Pole has both static and spinning function and comes with the correct and established diameter of 45mm in recent years. It is height adjustable to fit the particularities of our home and fully portable so we can take it with us whenever and wherever we need it.
