Two and a half years later (actually much earlier) the handles started peeling and have become a mess. There are no spare parts and some Chinese ones we ordered do not fit well. We couldn't find a replacement even for the canopy we lost.

Other than that, it goes up curbs, goes down potholes, and fits in the car.

I will say the things I would have liked to know before buying it myself... Firstly, I have to say that for the parent it is very good, it rolls perfectly, goes everywhere, is very comfortable, you don't feel the baby's weight. However, for me, it has two major flaws. The first is that it does not have an upright position, a right angle, or even something a little less. Its most upright position is quite reclined and babies, after a few months, want to sit as upright as possible. Besides that, which is the most important, if you are out for a walk or for food and you want to feed the baby in the stroller, feeding in this position is not safe. The second is that when it folds, it forms a large L shape, meaning it takes up a lot of space, and when you try to pick it up by the handle, the L opens up even more, making it difficult to carry. For parents, it's a 5-star product when it comes to strolls, but convenience and, above all, the baby's comfort are what matter most.

It is a very comfortable stroller for walks! Whether in nature or in the city! It is very easy to turn and to lift or lower it from sidewalks, etc.! It absorbs shocks and the back reclines completely, so the child can sleep comfortably!
The only thing I didn't like is that the straps don't come off to allow you to add an extra cover/pad or to wash the covers separately. To wash the fabric from the seat, the whole thing comes off… with the straps.
The genuine footmuff from Cybex, which we bought, has Velcro on the back and the straps fit perfectly! However, it is not suitable for all seasons because it is 5 TOG!
It is heavy as a stroller to carry when closed!
But when it is open for use, no matter how much you load it, it rolls with one hand! Simply wonderful!

We have the Balios stroller, the regular one, not the Lux, from 2021.. We have enjoyed it incredibly.. We got it because of the suspension, because where we live we have a lot of cobblestones, so we wanted something that could handle the bumps, especially for a newborn baby.. The stroller after many rides, on any road you can imagine, abuse, second child, has not suffered anything.. It goes very nicely and smoothly on the road, it can handle a three-year-old, a one-year-old baby, and shopping underneath! I have absolutely no complaints, it has made us very happy!

I don't like that both the brake and the connectors got stuck. It's a nice movement but a problematic stroller. There are countless reviews for both the Balios and the other Priam models stating that there is a serious issue with the brakes. Come on, it's reasonable to expect that within 3 months it would break with the brake locked. If the pin comes out of the hole, this really nice stroller is simply ruined.

The best!!! Love at first sight!!! Quality materials, the baby enjoys its walk, its playtime, its food, its sleep, easy to handle with one hand, amazing suspension, easy to fold-unfold, design, takes up some space in the car. I highly recommend it, choose it, it cannot be compared to any other, worth its money. We have purchased it in combination with the Cybex Cloud T i-Size 0-13 kg Car Seat Mirage Grey, also fantastic.

One of the best strollers on the market! We have been using it for 9 months in combination with the Cloud Z car seat because we didn't buy a bassinet! The baby sleeps comfortably both in the stroller and in the car seat, the stroller fits upright in a Toyota Yaris and stands upright when folded easily if you want to keep it inside the house. BIG disadvantage, the accessories that you have to buy separately, but maybe some of them are generally unnecessary (e.g. rain cover).
