I have been buying the company's products for years. I have also contacted them at least 3 times about products that broke with minimal use and, to their credit, they fully replaced the first one, for the second one they gave me a coupon if I remember correctly for an amount (I think €20), and for the third one a discount of about 10% for a future purchase. The products were a pair of leggings in which the internal pads had come off, and the other two concerned two pairs of gloves, one of which, after just one half-hour training session, had worn out a lot at the fingertips (the other, I think, at the palm). I have been buying, at least gloves, since 2020 (maybe even 2019) and in my general experience, they have always been decent. Of course, the gloves were used by my son during the period from 10 to 16 years old, so I imagine his physical build during this time played a role. Also, because all these years he was in a football academy, he had a lot of training sessions during the week (5), as well as sometimes double matches on the weekend, so we are talking about a lot of use and not the usual, let's say, 3 training sessions a week. In the last pair, for the first time all these years, I noticed a tear between the fingers. Generally, I have the feeling that while their prices remained low compared to other brands and while previously their durability was, I believe, at high standards for their cost, the quality of the 4mm latex or generally the stitching/gluing must have somewhat declined recently. I am attaching a photo from my last purchase (they were delivered to me on March 3, 2026).
Αγοράζω χρόνια προϊόντα της εταιρίας. Επίσης έχω επικοινωνήσει τουλάχιστον 3 φορές για προϊόντα που χάλασαν με ελάχιστη χρήση και προς τιμήν τους, το 1ο το αντικατέστησαν πλήρως, στο 2ο μου δώσανε ένα κουπόνι αν θυμάμαι καλά με ένα ποσό(νομίζω 20€) και στο 3ο μια έκπτωση της τάξης του 10% για επόμενη αγορά. Τα προϊόντα ήταν ένα κολάν στο οποίο είχαν ξεκολλήσει τα εσωτερικά προστατευτικά και τα άλλα 2 αφορούσαν 2 ζευγάρια γάντια εκ των οποίων το ένα μετά από 1 μόλις μισάωρη προπόνηση είχαν φθαρεί πάρα πολύ στα ακροδάχτυλα (στο άλλο νομίζω στην παλάμη). Αγοράζω, τουλάχιστον γάντια, από το 2020(ίσως και 2019) και κατά γενική μου αίσθηση, πάντα ήταν αξιόλογα. Τα γάντια βέβαια τα χρησιμοποιούσε ο υιος μου σε περίοδο από 10 εώς 16 ετών, οπότε φαντάζομαι παίζει ρόλο και η σωματική του διάπλαση όλο αυτό το διάστημα.Βέβαια λόγω του ότι όλα αυτα τα χρόνια ήταν σε ακαδημία ΠΑΕ, είχε πάρα πολλές προπονήσεις μέσα στη βδομάδα(5), όπως και καμιά φορά διπλά παιχνίδια το ΣΚ, οπότε μιλάμε για πάρα πολύ χρήση και όχι τη συνηθισμένη των ας πούμε 3 προπονήσεων την εβδομάδα. Στο τελευταίο ζευγάρι για 1η φορά όλα αυτά τα χρόνια , παρατήρησα σχίσιμό ανάμεσα στα δάχτυλα. Γενικά δηλαδή έχω την άισθηση ότι ενώ οι τιμές τους κρατήθηκαν σε χαμηλά επίπεδα σε σχέση με άλλες μάρκες και ενώ παλιότερα η αντοχή τους κυμαίνονταν σε, θεωρώ υψηλά στάνταρ για το κόστος τους, η ποιότητα των 4mm latex ή γενικά το ράψιμο/κολλήσεις, πρέπει να υποβαθμίστηκαν κάπως το τελευταίο διάστημα.
