This work presents the conference titled “Current Issues in Administrative Law,” which was held to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Society of Administrative Studies.

The publication includes four sessions: the first is titled “Rule of Law in the 21st Century,” with particular reference to recent jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Council of State, and the Court of Auditors.

The second addresses recent developments in Administrative Justice.

The third is dedicated to the memory of the Society’s President, for over a decade, Anastasius Marinou, and is focused on “Issues of Religious Freedom,” a topic close to his heart.

Finally, the fourth deals with the most timely issue, concerning Administrative Law during periods of crisis.

The topical selection of subjects, as well as the prestige of the speakers, whose composition (judicial officials and university professors-lawyers) reflects the Society’s longstanding membership and purposes, make this a valuable read for any researcher of Administrative Law.
