With Baratza Encore ESP and the grind set to the finest, extraction on the Gaggia Classic Pro was very fast and watery, most likely due to the low dose relative to the basket's space. I am waiting for a 1.7mm puck screen to see if it will improve things, otherwise I will have to go for a smaller one to continue with an 18g dose for light roasts.
