I've had it for almost 2 years. It has driven me crazy because the chain keeps coming off. Even though the reviews here are mixed, I took the risk and bought it. The tool is not worth it for me. Get another one because you will definitely be disappointed.

I worked with it for the first time for a whole day, about 6 hours, with one battery and brought down many olive branches. (On the second day, I only changed the battery). It seemed good to me except for the regulator, which has an issue as the previous reviewers mentioned because it leaves the chain loose. Also, I would say that the chain does not cut satisfactorily. But for the money, it is good, I recommend it.

Good, lightweight, and convenient, especially for pruning. So far, I haven't needed to use the second one that comes with the package. With one charge, I cleared thick branches from olive trees, up to 5-6 cm in diameter, and the battery still had energy. It is powerful enough for such work. Of course, it kicks back if you don't hold it properly, but I believe that applies to all chainsaws.
It was very helpful for pruning, due to its small size and weight.
It's great that it came with its own case.
Indeed, the chain loosens and the tensioner doesn't seem to be able to tighten it. The temporary solution I found in the field is to run it for a while in the air (without load) before using it to cut.
Thank you to my friends for the very useful advice on replacing the chain and tensioner. I will come back when I try them out.

Terrifying value for money! It does its job perfectly, the battery lasts incredibly and cuts with ease. For this price, it is worth more than it costs! For occasional use in the garden, it is the best!

Overall, as a saw, it cuts satisfactorily and has good battery life. It created a problem with the chain regulator, and I fixed it with my own solution.

I have the same problem with the chain tensioner. Does anyone know if any tensioner from a gas chainsaw works, or do I need to make a workaround??

quite good but if your hands don't work well, better leave it... the chain tensioner is completely fake resulting in the chain constantly loosening when you cut... however, you can make another tensioner with a screw and nut (like on gasoline chainsaws...) and then it works perfectly... the thinner the branches you cut, the more it kicks... you should cut as much as you can with the back part of the blade to avoid it kicking so much...

The saw is very good. It cuts very well. It has vibrations when we don't hold it properly. I give it 4 out of 5 stars only because the chain loosens constantly and because the chain it takes is not of the series (1/4, 0.325, 3/8 etc.). The "attachment" it has for the chain tensioner is not really a tensioner. With a small change by installing a regular tensioner, it will be just fine. Cut fearlessly and mercilessly, it's a beast, it endures!! I've been using it for almost a year and I've cut down a whole 17-acre forest! However, the chain tends to loosen and the tightening screw doesn't always help. That's why I changed the chain regulator, as shown in my photo above. I also bought the chain with the powfit 16.5 cm blade for 10 euros and it fits perfectly!

For light pruning, I hold it with both hands because it vibrates. For thicker branches, it's perfect. I used it to cut firewood for my fireplace this winter! I prune olive trees, clear out bushes, cut wood for the fireplace and stove, and clear out shrubs, wild olive trees, and thorny bushes!

I didn't expect much for the money it cost, but it really is a value for money product. I disagree with those who say it has vibrations (if you touch the branch close to the trigger, there are none at all). The only negative I found is that the chain loosens easily.
