The radio is very good for the countryside. I'm not saying this as a negative. Just if you're in a city and want to catch FM, I recommend purely digital. The frequencies are so close together that analog makes it difficult to search. This particular radio cannot accurately find differences of a tenth. It is very good for stations with a strong and clear signal. I live outside the city and it is very good on strong FM, but mainly on AM and SW. I have caught China, Arab countries, Turkey, but it's difficult to catch some stations on FM. It has a large and powerful speaker, which makes it reliable in terms of sound for outdoor spaces like fields, construction sites, or parties. Its construction is sturdy. The controls are very good. It doesn't get five stars because the dial does not exactly correspond to the frequencies. However, this doesn't matter in the way I use it. I listen to two stations. I know where they are and I tune in.
