I have only positive comments about this pressure cooker. The price is fantastic and it lacks nothing compared to other leading pressure cookers that are much more expensive. The cooking speed is superb and if you learn its timings a bit, then you're good. I made magiritsa!! First time, which I love, as the recipe book says (which I think is good to follow for a dish you might like as your first experience with the cooker and to get to know it a bit, and it was perfect and incredibly easy and fast). It is very light and very simple and easy to use. I used to cook with a regular pot and had to watch it all the time, but now this has made things so much easier both in terms of time and worry about the food. I believe I will also save energy.

Note: The amount of water you used to put in a regular pot is not at all the same as with the pressure cooker. You need to put much, much less. For example, if you make pasta with minced meat, while in the regular pot you added water with the tomato, etc., in a good amount and then let it absorb, now you just add enough to cover it because it retains the water and there are no losses, and of course much lower electricity consumption, etc. Regarding the two steam positions, 1 and 2, I will do some research online about their use, which I haven't done yet, and for now I keep it permanently on 2. But as I said, this is a matter of experience if you previously cooked with a regular pot. I think it has to do with the cooking duration. For vegetables, I think position 1 is better because they cook much faster.

Note 2: At first, I was scared when I first used it because it essentially has two valves, a small safety one and the main one with the steam and pressure release positions. When I started cooking, a little steam came out of the small safety valve and I thought it was defective, but the steam coming from the small valve is the normal process for the cooker to seal completely and trap the steam. At this point, I lower the heat to 2 or 3 and let the food cook for 15-20 minutes as I have observed so far.

First, let me mention that the review of a buyer who also had a pressure cooker from a very well-known company played some role in my choice.
So, as an owner of this company's product for 26 years, I was looking for a worthy replacement because I was tired of paying a lot for consumables.

POSITIVES: light base, your hand doesn't get tired trying to wash it. Very convenient lid, closes with a twist and you don't have to worry about leaks, etc. Very, very fast, faster than the previous one. Indicative cooking times: 20 minutes for beef shank in pieces (it melts), 4-5 minutes for bonnet rice, 1 minute for broccoli in the steam basket (I had it from the previous pressure cooker). Food doesn't stick. Washes easily. It is beautiful for those who care about aesthetics as well.

NEGATIVES: I haven't found any yet.

I am very satisfied, it is worth buying and I am very glad I gave this brand a chance because I am not a big fan, but it pleasantly surprised me. I would like this model to come in smaller liters for families with fewer members or to be available as a quattro.

update: After many uses, I noticed that food sticks a little, mainly stews. The lid still works perfectly. I haven't needed to buy any spare parts yet. The lid can only be washed by hand. I remain satisfied.
