The Estia wok is a versatile cooking utensil that quickly and evenly cooks food with minimal amounts of fat, providing you with healthy, nutritious meals. It is suitable for frying, baking, boiling, steaming, stir-frying, and smoking. 

It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, highly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. It features an ergonomic and non-slip handle, with a triple non-stick coating and a reinforced exterior surface, suitable for all types of stoves.

We recommend choosing this wok if you want to cook 2-4 servings of food. To maintain the non-stick coating it has, we advise letting the utensil cool down before cleaning it and avoiding the use of wire scrubbers. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.

    Lightweight, practical, easy to clean. You can cook a lot in it if you know how to use a wok, and this utensil is quite practical. However, I found a few issues to consider. One is that it is very thin at 3mm, and if it falls when you wash it, it is likely to bend, which happened to me. It also scratches easily with a knife, but I haven't seen it affect its non-stick properties so far. After a little use, the gray color becomes a light brown, as if permanently burned, but it doesn't cause any problems with its non-stick properties or washing. And finally, the sides are not as hot as my other wok (which costs 55 euros). For a simple utensil, it is acceptable, but I would say it is expensive. I don't think it's worth more than 15-18 euros (with the current market price around 25 euros). If you have higher demands for a frying pan or wok, I recommend upgrading to a thicker one with better quality materials, even if it becomes heavier and less maneuverable.
