    A dermatologist recommended it to me and I really don't understand why. I would expect it to have round, uniform bristles to gently exfoliate the skin without causing any harm, but it has uneven pieces that literally scrape the skin (I didn't press it hard against my skin, I did it very gently and the result was bad). I was truly speechless when I used it and saw how bad it is, especially since a dermatologist recommended this thing. Stay away, really.
