PANACOTTA BIO 33g

The panna cotta dessert is vegan and gluten-free. It is very easy to prepare and pairs excellently with strawberry syrup.

Organic product from Germany.

Ingredients:

• Corn starch*
• Agar-agar*
• Vanilla powder* (0.5%)
• Sea salt
• (*= Product of organic agriculture)

• Energy: 1473kj/347kcal
• Fats: <0.5g of which saturated: <0.1g
• Carbohydrates: 86g of which sugars: <0.5g
• Fibers: 1.5g
• Proteins: <0.5g
• Salt: 0.6g (calculated from natural sodium)

The product does not contain gluten. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Usage:

• Add 250ml (plant-based) milk to 250ml cream (or plant-based cream substitute).
• Mix 100ml of this (cold) milk with the dessert powder.
• Boil the remaining milk and cream with 30g (2 tbsp) sugar.
• Remove from heat.
