I regret not getting the game earlier. It is very nice, fast, easy, and it makes us argue constantly.

We bought 8 games at once as Christmas gifts to get away from TV and mobile phones a bit. Especially for the kids.

Among the board games were 7 Wonders, El Dorado, and Splendor, which are considered top games.

Well! There is nothing like Catan. I've never been so hooked on a board game. Especially at 46 years old. We liked it so much that we also bought the expansion with the knights and I can't wait for some time to pass so we can get the expansion with the pirates as well.

The only negative is the time, which none of us really have, and Catan requires at least an hour even in its basic version. With the expansions, you need at least two hours to finish the game. So, it's hard to enjoy it on a daily basis.

Amazing strategy game for up to 4 people. And stylish. But it requires reading the instructions. However, it's worth it.

Favorite timeless game that, along with the expansions, elevates the gameplay. I believe, however, that even without them, its replayability is huge. It is very easy in terms of rules and can be played by younger ages as well. In my opinion, one of its strong points is the trading you do with other players, which increases interactivity. I have the base game and 3 expansions. We have been playing with friends for 3 years now. By far the best board game I have played since chess (which is, of course, a card game).

I played this game for many years with friends (it could be called the battle of settlers), and I decided to add it to my collection as I didn't have it. It's worth it with friends and with the expansion, in the basic version with four players, there can be 1 or even 2 players who can get trapped and be extras at some point (it all depends on the initial setup and the first choices for the two settlements). Nevertheless, it is an excellent board game that should not be missed. It combines many ways to win and many choices to reach the final goal. Maybe it will seem difficult at first or that it has many rules, but after 2-3 games, it will start to flow faster and more pleasantly. It's worth it!

Excellent game. I had played it several years ago and I wanted to buy it ever since. Finally, the moment arrived, but I couldn't remember after so many years how to play it. The first game requires patience and step-by-step following the instructions until you understand what you need to do and how. However, afterwards, it flows very smoothly and entertainingly. I loved Kaisa from the first moment for the way she chooses to package her products. Everything in the box has its place and it is set up and organized very easily.

Incredible game for all ages, genders, and quite easy to learn. I discovered it 3 months ago and since then, there have been only 2-3 days when I haven't played it.

For those who want to give it as a gift, it is a perfect present, but you need to explain it as simply as possible so that the young ones won't be scared off by the many rules. It becomes very simple from the second game onwards, if they learn it with open cards the first time and if you give them strategic tips in the following games.

(+++) One of our favorite games! We had bought the children's Katán and it was perfect for preparation. We play with the two older ones (7 and 9 years old) without any problem! Nice strategy game, very well-known with many expansions, which make it a bit more complex. A very worthwhile way to spend your time creatively.
I would say that, along with "Castles of Mystras", they take the place of "Monopoly" and "Battleship" in the 21st century!

There is no better board game really. It is also fast like a game (in one night we play 3-4 games) while with Monopoly you will play 1 game and that's it if it ends (5 out of 10 times Monopoly is not completed) the only downside is that it is played up to 4 people so it is not for larger groups

We ordered the game in the midst of quarantine. We play it as a family with the youngest being 8.5 years old. The rules are generally simple and can be learned after 2-3 rounds, which usually last about 2 hours. It's really nice that after the classic game, there are many combinations that arise from the placement of the cards, so you don't get bored. Of course, I would like to try some expansions as well.
