Easy connection and great device range. The only negative is the incompatibility with several everyday Xiaomi devices. Be careful if your devices belong to a different country (e.g. China), it does not recognize them.

The only negative is that very occasionally it disconnects, probably without there being a problem with the internet or Wi-Fi, but it is always of very short duration and does not affect the use I make of it.
Specifically, so far I use it in combination with Xiaomi Mi Temperature Humidity Monitor thermometers to see the temperatures of some rooms, to receive notifications for out-of-range temperatures, and to control a Xiaomi Mi Heater Tower Lite within a temperature range that I can't achieve with its own settings

It does not have an option for an alarm, like previous models, and it does not have the capability to produce any sound (not even a simple one like the previous model). I have a problem adding motion sensors. It gives me an error 28, I haven't managed to solve it yet. The fact that it connects both wired and wirelessly is definitely a positive.

It has fewer options than the older hubs, e.g. the alarm is missing, and there is no option to not send a notification when it disconnects, changes IP, or switches from 2.4 to 5g (even though it is locked to 2.4g).

Although I have several Xiaomi devices, I bought it to connect 2 thermometers (NUN4126GL xiaomi) that only had Bluetooth! Its operation is seamless and I receive the data without any issues!

I bought it in combination with Xiaomi's door/window sensors and have set up a simple alarm system. I expected more functions and flexibility in the scenarios. Unfortunately, it does not recognize the AQARA camera that I have, which limits me.
It only has a USB cable, so I plugged it directly into the USB power supply on the router. I have everything connected to a UPS, so it has been tested to withstand at least 4 hours with uninterrupted internet supply.
It is placed in the center of the house and covers an area of about 60 square meters. It responds and sends notifications immediately.

I bought it to connect it with the Xiaomi kettle, which only works with Bluetooth. Obviously, it doesn't connect in general with Bluetooth kettles and that's why I'm not satisfied.

What is impressive is that with the network cable there is no loss in connection and when there is a power outage, everything quickly returns to its original function.

First impression and I will come back for more. Attention! It does not come with a charger to connect it to power!! You need to get an extra one!! In previous videos I had seen, it even had an ethernet cable. They probably changed the packaging because they think they became like Apple and don't even include chargers.... Unacceptable!

From connectivity and build quality, it's great, but it doesn't have any option for an alarm like the previous version (unless I didn't discover it). If you want to use the hub for security, then you shouldn't expect a corresponding function and you should resort to another automation. Nevertheless, it is a good device and the app works perfectly.
