I have the older model. Very good. Like all machines, this one also needs servicing. Every about 60 to 80 coffees, a little citric acid (the sour stuff we say. You can find it in the spices section.) in the water and run it until it cleans from scale and coffee residues. And it lasts for many years. Afterwards, clean water and rinsing.

I had it at work for 4 years, I made 2 coffees every day, relatively good for its price. Towards the end, it was leaking a lot and additionally the screw at the coffee outlet got stuck, so I bought the same one again since it did its job and more. We'll see how long this one lasts.

The machine doesn’t automatically stop pouring coffee. You have to watch it closely and press the button as soon as the water finishes flowing. If you get distracted, you end up wasting coffee.

The 2nd one I buy, 1 for home 1 for the shop, and this one has nothing to do with the first one, both in power and in coffee quality. I don't know why. Maybe it's reused, refurbished, I can't say.

Finally, after 14 years it broke down, probably short-circuited. Now I ordered the new model, of course Arrielli. I hope it turns out just as good!!

4 stars because after use it drips, like other coffee makers I've used, but the amount of water is more. Overall though, it's worth the purchase.

We have had it for three years and we use it daily. It is very good for its price. It heats the water quite quickly and produces nice foam. I haven't done well with the frothy milk. You need to clean it often because sometimes it gets clogged.

-If you need a little more dose for a stronger blend, then it clogs. The dose should be just right.

Unfortunately, it didn't last a year, it stopped bringing water and the pressure is barely dripping even though I was using bottled water, obviously it got clogged, who knows

I have had it for 8 years. It is perfect, the coffee comes out with a very nice foam and the frothy milk is amazing!!!

I am very satisfied with the machine. The coffee is perfect, and the cappuccino is very good and quick. Okay, it doesn't stop automatically, so what? It works better for me, we're talking about seconds. I recommend it without reservation.

I don't know, as a machine it is good, sometimes it seems to get stuck, however, I am not that satisfied. What I mean is that I make my coffee, but I don't enjoy it. However, maybe it's my fault too; I don't rule that out!

Perhaps it deserves all 5 stars. I have purchased 3 different models from this company over time, the quality-price ratio is EXCELLENT. Amazing cream.

For home use, it's okay. It obviously doesn't compare to professional machines, but for daily use at home, it's just fine.

I never had a more value-for-money device. I bought 2 of them back in 2012 from ESHOP. They were 35 euros each back then. I changed countries, changed countries again. After 11 years, it's still an excellent espresso machine, easy to clean. Okay, you need to know how to make frothy milk, but what can I say, bravo to Ariel for this amazing product. Respect

Very good value for money. I have had the device for 2.5 years (and previously had the same one that broke after several years, my own fault). It makes a good foam, it is very easy to use, it is ready for use in a few seconds, and what I read in some comments is true that sometimes it releases coffee grounds into the cup. It makes good coffee, though, especially for the first 6-8 months it is a dream. I don't use the nozzle because I have another device for frothing milk, although economical coffee makers are not known for this feature. Overall, I recommend it.

It has lasted for 3 years, and it still works properly, of course, with regular cleaning and descaling every now and then!

I bought it in 2014 and had it for 4 years, but it suffered a short circuit due to a flood. It was a "workhorse" that I took to the countryside every weekend. It went through a lot of hardship and yet, if it hadn't drowned in water, it would still be working.
I bought another brand after this one, at double the price, but I didn't see any difference in quality.
I highly recommend it. I will definitely buy it again.

It made quite good coffee!! 6 months after purchasing it, it broke. As soon as I opened it, the water started running before it even heated up, and when I pressed the button for the coffee to run, it short-circuited and the power went out on the panel

I have it for three years and it is perfect for its price. Cleaning only with vinegar and it's like new!!!

I got it in 2014 and it still works great. I clean it once a month with plain vinegar (and clean the group) and I use bottled water. It's the best for its price, you really can't get anything better. It's worth the money and more

After 4-5 years of owning this machine (the first machine I bought), it gave up today as it couldn't build up pressure. Daily use with 2-3 coffees a day, it more than made up for the 40 euros it cost back then. Easy to use and clean. Quite noisy during operation. Relatively quick heating. Average to poor for frothing milk. The foam was proportional to the machine's temperature. When it got too hot, the foam didn't turn out well. With a quality coffee, it's worth the money. Be careful with salts, like with all machines.

I had no idea about espresso machines and now I feel like a barista. Very easy to use and very good results. From me, it's a yes!

I did not expect that a machine with such a low cost would make such good coffee and frothed milk. I am simply impressed.

This particular device comes under different brand names, it has a relatively good construction. In the 3 years that I have it, the nozzle broke, but the rest of it works perfectly fine. It needs cleaning on the inside because it collects salts (I clean it with vinegar). It's worth its money! I recommend it!

My first machine was from the same company and I was very satisfied, this model did not hold up the same, economical but.....

It makes very good coffee with perfect crema (depending on the quality of the coffee). The nozzle for the milk frother is mediocre to bad, I would say. It also has a bit more noise, but personally, it doesn't bother me. Very good for its price!!!
