I also went with the company's sizing chart, I'm 173 cm tall and about 75 kg, and the medium with a long-sleeve shirt underneath fits okay, I would have preferred it a bit longer in height. I had bought the first one in large, tried it on in a store, probably for that reason.
Update: after the third wash, some seams started to come undone. Imagine that I still have the first one, okay the insulation and fabric have become one but it still holds up. I don't see that happening with this one, something has changed...
