Very good for the old laptop that previously had 2 different RAM sticks of 4 and 2 GB respectively. I bought them because I read that RAM should be of the same model and same GB for balance. As soon as I installed them, the difference was clear even before I changed the SSD. After I changed the SSD as well, the laptop was like new. Now, for serious gaming I don't know and I suppose it's not suitable, but for simple gaming like Minecraft and Roblox it's very good. I should also mention that the CPU I have is very old

Purchased for an upgrade to an old laptop, DELL LATITUDE E6430, from 8GB RAM to 16GB. It only supports DDR3. Satisfied with the choice, as now the RAM never fills up. Of course, instead of buying it in September for 30 euros, I bought it in December for 50. Now it's at 70 and rising.
In summary, technically an ideal choice for upgrading old devices, financially not so much anymore

Good evening! They were installed in an HP Envy with i7 4700Mq and I won't say they took it to the next level.. But together with the 860 evo ssd and the processor, they gave a breath of fresh air to the machine.. Especially under pressure... Installation was very easy and they worked in seconds.

The set fit easily into an old Turbo-X laptop with an i5-3330. It was immediately recognized and worked at 1600 MHz straight away, even though the laptop's original memory was at 1333. Needless to say, the machine was not revived... It worked well for office work and internet tasks, and now it works very well. Maybe it's not worth going from 4GB to 16GB, but to 8GB. 16 GB of RAM in an old laptop is excessive, the processor will hardly be able to handle tasks that require so much space in the RAM... A dual-core / 4-threads laptop with 16GB RAM... but it was a relatively cheap upgrade and I did it just for fun. But if you're going to upgrade an old laptop, it's better to change the hard drive and install an SSD, that will make a huge difference. Pay attention to the memory, some laptops require DDR3L, DDR3 will not work on them.

Replaced the 4GB RAM of the Dell Inspiron 3552 (unfortunately, it only has one DIMM slot) and combined with the A400 240GB SSD, it boosts the laptop, even though the quad-core Pentium is the bottleneck. The reason for the upgrade? It's simple: Windows craves RAM. Damn it, I will eventually install either Linux or custom macOS on it.

These are the best RAM memories for used MacBooks (e.g. 2012, but make sure to check specifications such as speed, e.g. 1600, voltage, and whether they are DDR3 or DDR4 compatible). They give them new life, so they are a must, possibly even more important than just adding a new SSD. Go for 16GB directly, the 8GB ones are not worth it (the memory will still fill up with 8GB and it will significantly affect the life of the SSD through "memory swap").

Also, G.Skill is much more value for money than Corsair "mac memory", which are supposedly the "only compatible ones for Mac", with exactly the same compatible characteristics.

2 16GB sticks were installed in total, on a Fujitsu Lifebook AH532/G21. The reason was to make it future proof and to be able to comfortably do video editing, coding, multimedia, and gaming. Everything is great, even the price.

They plugged it into a Lenovo T430 laptop. They were recognized and worked immediately without any issues. They are 1.35v and work normally.
