The S5 IIX is the first Lumix camera to offer Phase Hybrid AF, providing fast and accurate autofocus performance. It features a 24.2 MP sensor and records 6K video for up to 30 minutes, with unlimited 4K video recording.

    The S5 IIX is equipped with:

    • New Active I.S. system for improved image stabilization during video recording.
    • HDMI RAW video data output.
    • USB-SSD and ProRes recording.
    • Live streaming mode, wireless IP streaming, and USB connection to smartphone.

    The 24.2 MP full-frame CMOS sensor provides an ISO range of 100-51200, expandable to ISO 50-204800, suitable for various lighting conditions. The S5 IIX supports full-resolution shooting up to 9 fps with the mechanical shutter and up to 30 fps with the electronic shutter.

    Video recording capabilities include:

    • Full-frame 6K30p recording with 10-bit 4:2:0 color for up to 30 minutes.
    • Unlimited 4K60p 4:2:2 10-bit video recording.
    • RAW HDMI output via optional license upgrade.
    • Pre-installed V-Log for a flat, neutral gamma curve.

    Dual Native ISO helps achieve a combination of low noise and high sensitivity, making it ideal for shooting in different lighting conditions.
