Description
With a 24.2 MP Full Frame CMOS sensor and a 779-point Phase Hybrid AF system, the Panasonic Lumix S5IIX camera accurately tracks moving subjects. 5-axis image stabilisation supports handheld photography, while Active I.S. and E.I.S. help stabilise video while moving. The all-black design reduces reflections that could affect shooting.
The camera records 6K video at up to 30 fps in 10-bit 4:2:0 and C4K/4K at up to 60p in 10-bit 4:2:2, with unlimited recording time in the latter mode. It supports RAW video data output via HDMI and recording and playback on an external SSD via USB, as well as ProRes and All-Intra recording. Dual Native ISO technology helps reduce noise at high sensitivities, while REAL TIME LUT lets you apply LUTs directly in the camera to photos and videos.
The 3" touchscreen is tiltable and rotatable, while the OLED electronic viewfinder has a resolution of 3.68 million dots. The magnesium-alloy body is dust- and splash-resistant and features a built-in cooling fan for extended recording.
