Very good blood pressure monitor. I am a healthcare professional, but I bought this particular one for home use. So. I have had the device for 8 months now. It is excellent.
/UPDATE: two years after purchase, the blood pressure monitor works just like it did in the first days/
It comes packaged with an elegant fabric case - a zippered pouch, I don't remember if this is mentioned on the product page. The MOST IMPORTANT thing, however, is that this particular blood pressure monitor is approved by the European Society of Hypertension, the International Society of Hypertension, and the World Hypertension League, and is certified for the accuracy of its measurements. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned on the product page on Skroutz, nor is it available as a selectable feature in the filters.
Also, two observations. The AFIB technology it has (atrial fibrillation detection) may not mean much to you, but if you have atrial fibrillation without knowing it, it can literally save your life. Also, those who have received instructions from a cardiologist for measuring blood pressure already know that you should measure 2 or 3 times in succession each time (instead of just once), and calculate the average for a more accurate reading. Well: This blood pressure monitor, with the MAM function option, does this for you. Each time it measures 3 times instead of 1, and directly shows the average value of the measurements.
Final observation: If you do not want to use up batteries (it takes 4 AA batteries), there is also a power adapter with a cable for mains power (sold separately, I ordered it in the same order as the blood pressure monitor for an extra €8). I am not providing a link because I do not know if Skroutz allows references to third-party products. Those interested, search for it.

Έρχεται πακέτο με καλαίσθητη υφασμάτινη θήκη - νεσεσέρ με φερμουάρ, δεν θυμάμαι αν αναφέρεται στη σελίδα του προϊόντος αυτό. Το ΠΙΟ ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ όμως είναι ότι το συγκεκριμένο πιεσόμετρο είναι εγκεκριμένο από την Ευρωπαϊκή Εταιρεία Υπέρτασης, την Διεθνή Εταιρεία Υπέρτασης και την Παγκόσμια Ένωση Υπέρτασης και πιστοποιημένο για την ακρίβεια των μετρήσεών του. Δυστυχώς δεν αναφέρεται αυτό στην σελίδα του προϊόντος στο Skroutz, ούτε υπάρχει στα φίλτρα ως χαρακτηριστικό προς επιλογή.
Επίσης δύο παρατηρήσεις. Η τεχνολογία AFIB που διαθέτει (ανίχνευση κολπικής μαρμαρυγής) μπορεί να μην σας λέει πολλά, αλλά αν υπάρχει κολπική μαρμαρυγή χωρίς να το γνωρίζετε μπορεί κυριολεκτικά να σας σώσει τη ζωή. Επίσης, όσοι έχετε λάβει οδηγίες από καρδιολόγο για την μέτρηση της πίεσης, ξέρετε ήδη ότι πρέπει κάθε φορά να μετράτε 2 ή 3 φορές διαδοχικά (αντί για άπαξ), και να υπολογίζετε τον μέσο όρο για πιο ακριβή μέτρηση. Ε, λοιπόν: Το πιεσόμετρο αυτό, με την επιλογή της λειτουργίας ΜΑΜ, το κάνει αυτό για λογαριασμό σας. Κάθε φορά μετράει 3 φορές αντί για 1, και δείχνει μόνο του κατευθείαν την μέση τιμή των μετρήσεων.
Τελευταία παρατήρηση: Εάν δεν θέλετε να χαλάτε μπαταρίες (παίρνει 4 στοιχεία ΑΑ), υπάρχει και μετασχηματιστής με καλώδιο για τροφοδοσία από την πρίζα (πωλείται χωριστά, εγώ τον παρήγγειλα στην ίδια παραγγελία με το πιεσόμετρο με επιπλέον 8€). Δεν βάζω link γιατί δεν ξέρω αν επιτρέπεται από το Skroutz η αναφορά σε τρίτα προϊόντα. Όσοι ενδιαφέρεστε, αναζητήστε το.
compared to the Omron M6 Comfort with a mercury sphygmomanometer but also with a hospital vital signs monitor, there is a difference of 2 units. 15 pressure is one thing, 17 is another... 9 for the diastolic is one thing, 11 is another. I simply threw away 55 euros, I accepted it and I won't measure myself with this again. By the way, the Omron gives the same readings as the hospital vital signs monitor

My old Microlife broke down, which was still under the 10-year warranty, so I ordered this one and I was completely satisfied. It measures three times and gives you the average. The old one, which I returned to the pharmacy where I had bought it, was sent to the representative and in about 10 days, they called me and told me they would replace it with a new one. very good especially the 3 measurements that show the average. I think it is durable because I dropped it from a height and only the batteries came out. nothing else happened to it. it also shows arrhythmias, it shows if it is not placed correctly on the arm. it has enough memory. I recommend it

One of the best of its kind. With my old blood pressure monitor, everyone in the family had high blood pressure. We felt relieved with its measurements. Major advantages are the triple blood pressure measurement and that it detects atrial fibrillation in time.

The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was that it doesn't have a backlight on the screen. Other than that, its measurement accuracy is very good compared to more expensive models.
Το μόνο που "χάλασε" λίγο ήταν ότι δεν έχει φωτισμό στην οθόνη. Κατά τα άλλα η ακρίβεια στις μετρήσεις του πολύ καλή σε σύγκριση με ακριβότερα μοντέλα.
Very good product! The fact that there is an indication of atrial fibrillation is the best thing. It truly saves lives. It detected atrial fibrillation even though the blood pressure was good, around 12-13 systolic, in a relative of mine and indeed it was happening at that moment. We rushed straight to the hospital and avoided the worst. If we had a simple blood pressure monitor, they might not have survived.

Τρέξαμε κατευθείαν στο νοσοκομείο και προλάβαμε τα χειρότερα.
Αν είχαμε ένα απλό πιεσόμετρο πιθανόν να μη ζούσε.

I relied on the comments and bought this specific blood pressure monitor and I regret it. It has a huge deviation in its measurements, 3 units difference. I understand one unit, but 3 is way too much according to the analog. What a waste of money.

Φαίνεται πολύ αξιόπιστο και καλό στις μετρήσεις του. Ακόμη εχω κανει μόνο 72 μετρήσεις στους δύο μήνες περίπου. Έχει ακριβής μέτρηση για αρρυθμία και πολλές ενδείξεις όπως πράσινη κίτρινη κόκκινη γραμμή για το αν είναι καλή η πίεση και afib ένδειξη. Έρχεται μέσα σε τσαντακι με όλα του τα χαρτιά. Θέλει λίγο διάβασμα μέχρι να το καταλάβεις και μετά είναι πανεύκολο. Προσοχή Θέλει στη σωστή τοποθέτηση του περιβραχιονιου. It was purchased for €47.78 (with free shipping) and I am very satisfied with the device. I have had it for a short time, so I do not have an opinion on its durability (my previous blood pressure monitor, an AEG one with good reviews and slightly cheaper, lasted 4 years before "giving up"). However, it seems well-made and sturdy, from a Swiss company (with a good reputation in medical devices) and probably manufactured in Poland (not clearly indicated on the device or its packaging). As for the accuracy of the measurements, I also do not have a complete opinion. However, in two (triple) measurements I made (the second measurement 2 minutes after completing the first), the results were almost identical (+3 mm Hg in systolic pressure during the second measurement, while diastolic pressure and pulse were exactly the same). However, I did not compare it with a professional blood pressure monitor. It seems accurate, but I do not know to what degree of accuracy it reaches. According to their own measurements and official certifications, its accuracy reaches +/- 3mm Hg, which (if true) classifies it as a relatively high-accuracy blood pressure monitor. From the reviews I read online, it seems to be quite reliable (which is why I chose it).
The positives that I have also noticed are: 1) I don't know how they managed it, but the cuff of the blood pressure monitor is very "soft" and comfortable when inflating, it "presses" your arm minimally. It probably has a highly sensitive receiver, so it does not need to inflate excessively to detect a clear sound signal/pulse in order to proceed with the measurement. It is completely different from my previous blood pressure monitor, where there were times when I felt that the blood flow in my arm would be interrupted due to excessive inflation. 2) It has the option for triple measurement, where each individual measurement starts automatically after the completion of the previous measurement, with a 15-second pause each time (to avoid excessive pressure on the arm). If the device considers any of the 3 measurements to be less accurate (due to a significant deviation compared to the other 2), it automatically rejects it and proceeds to a 4th measurement (it always warns you with a countdown for the start of each subsequent measurement). You only see the final result and not the individual measurements. This function (multiple measurements) makes the measurement more accurate, but if you prefer, you can choose the simple mode (only one measurement is taken). 3) Apart from common arrhythmias, it has the ability to detect the presence of atrial fibrillation (with a success rate of 97%, as certified by the manufacturer), which is one of the most dangerous forms of arrhythmia and quite common, especially in elderly individuals. In case of detecting atrial fibrillation, there is a separate indication on the blood pressure monitor (compared to the one for other arrhythmias). 4) In the packaging, besides the batteries and the case, a power adapter is also included (to operate the device with electricity). However, I do not know if this applies to all batches or only to those that were (probably) manufactured in Poland, so clarify this before making the purchase. In my case, the package had on its front side, apart from a photo of the blood pressure monitor and a separate (small) photo of the power supply, which it actually included. When the device is used with the power supply, even if there are batteries inside, it does not consume them. 5) It has the ability to operate with rechargeable batteries (NiMh), with the limitation that they should be removed if the device will not be used for more than 1 week, 6) There is a warning indication if the cuff is not properly positioned, 7) There is the option to delete a measurement from the memory, which is useful if, for example, you want to measure someone else's blood pressure but do not want to alter the average of your own stored measurements (which is displayed first when you press the memory button). However, the deletion of a measurement from the memory must be done immediately after that specific measurement (it cannot be done afterwards), 8) When you remove the batteries (e.g. for replacement), although the date/time needs to be reset, the stored measurements in the memory (the last 90) are not lost, 9) The cuff in the package is size M-L (22-42cm), covering almost all individuals, except for small children and individuals with excessively large arms, 10) The device has a 5-year warranty (except for the cuff, which has a 2-year warranty), while most low and medium-priced blood pressure monitors have a 2-year warranty.
The only negative thing that I have found so far is that the user manual included in the package is in Polish and English. However, with minimal searching on the internet, I easily downloaded (from the company's official website) the Greek user manual, which is comprehensive and detailed.
Αγοράσθηκε στα 47,78€ (με δωρεάν έξοδα αποστολής) και είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος από τη συσκευή. Την έχω λίγο καιρό βέβαια, επομένως δεν έχω άποψη για την αντοχή της (το προηγούμενο πιεσόμετρο που είχα, ένα της AEG, με καλές κριτικές και λίγο φθηνότερο, δούλεψε 4 χρόνια πριν "παραδώσει πνεύμα"). Πάντως φαίνεται προσεγμένη και στιβαρή κατασκευή, Ελβετικής εταιρείας (μέ πολύ καλό όνομα στα ιατρικά όργανα) και κατασκευασμένο μάλλον στην Πολωνία (δεν προκύπτει επακριβώς από τη συσκευή ή τη συσκευασία της). Ως προς την ακρίβεια των μετρήσεων, επίσης δεν έχω πλήρη άποψη. Πάντως, σε δύο (τριπλές) μετρήσεις που έκανα (η 2η μέτρηση 2 λεπτά μετά την ολοκλήρωση της πρώτης), τα αποτελέματα ήταν σχεδόν ταυτόσημα (+3 mm Hg στη συστολική πίεση κατά τη δεύτερη μέτρηση, ενώ η διαστολική πίεση και οι παλμοί ήταν ακριβώς οι ίδιοι). Από εκεί και πέρα όμως, δεν το συνέκρινα και με κάποιο επαγγελματικό πιεσόμετρο. Φαίνεται δηλαδή ακριβές, δεν ξέρω όμως σε ποιό βαθμό ακριβείας φθάνει, αν και σύμφωνα με τις δικές τους μετρήσεις και επίσημες πιστοποιήσεις, η ακρίβεια του φτάνει στο +/- 3mm Hg, που (εφόσον ισχύει) το κατατάσσει στα σχετικά υψηλής ακριβείας πιεσόμετρα κι από κριτικές που διάβασα στο ίντερνετ, φαίνεται γενικά να είναι αρκετά αξιόπιστο (γι' αυτό και το προτίμησα).
Τα θετικά πάντως που διαπίστωσα κι εγώ ο ίδιος είναι: 1) Δεν ξέρω πως τα κατάφεραν, αλλά η περιχερίδα του πιεσόμετρου κάνει πολύ "μαλακό" και άνετο "φούσκωμα", σου "πιέζει" δηλαδή ελάχιστα το χέρι. Μάλλον έχει υψηλής ευαισθησίας δέκτη κι έτσι δεν χρειάζεται να φουσκώσει υπερβολικά για να εντοπίσει ευκρινές ηχητικό σήμα /παλμό, ώστε να μπορέσει να προχωρήσει σε μέτρηση. Καμία σχέση δηλαδή με το προηγούμενο πιεσόμετρο μου, όπου υπήρχαν φορές που αισθανόμουν οτι λίγο ακόμα και θα διακοπεί η ροή του αίματος στο χέρι μου από το υπερβολικό "φούσκωμα", 2) Έχει τη δυνατότητα για τριπλή μέτρηση, όπου η κάθε επιμέρους μέτρηση ξεκινάει αυτόματα μετά την ολοκλήρωση της προηγούμενης μέτρησης, μετά από 15 δευτερόλεπτα παύσης κάθε φορά (ώστε να μην "πιεστεί" ιδιαίτερα το χέρι). Αν μάλιστα η συσκευή θεωρήσει κάποια από τις 3 μετρήσεις ως μειωμένης ακρίβειας (λόγω μεγάλης απόκλισης σε σχέση με τις άλλες 2 ) την απορρίπτει αυτόματα και προχωράει και σε 4η μέτρηση (σε προειδοποιεί βέβαια πάντοτε, με αντίστροφη μέτρηση χρόνου, για την έναρξη κάθε διαδοχικής μέτρησης). Εσύ φυσικά βλέπεις μόνο το τελικό αποτέλεσμα κι όχι τις επιμέρους μετρήσεις. Αυτή η λειτουργία (των πολλαπλών μετρήσεων) κάνει τη μέτρηση αρκετά πιο ακριβή, αν θέλεις όμως μπορείς να επιλέξεις την απλή λειτουργία (να γίνεται δηλαδή μιά μόνο μέτρηση), 3) Έχει τη δυνατότητα, εκτός από τις τυχόν κοινές αρρυθμίες, να ανιχνεύει και την τυχόν ύπαρξη κολπικής μαρμαριγής (με ποσοστό επιτυχίας 97% όπως πιστοποιούν οι ίδιοι), που είναι από τις πιο επικίνδυνες μορφές αρρυθμίας και αρκετά συχνή, ειδικά σε ηλικιωμένα άτομα. Σε περίπτωση ανίχνευσης κολπικής μαρμαριγής υπάρχει ξεχωριστή ένδειξη στο πιεσόμετρο (σε σχέση μ' αυτή που υπάρχει για τις υπόλοιπες αρρυθμίες), 4) Στη συσκευασία, εκτός από τις μπαταρίες και τη θήκη, συμπεριλαμβάνεται και το τροφοδοτικο (για να λειτουργεί η συσκευή και με ηλ. ρεύμα). Δεν ξέρω όμως αν αυτό ισχύει γιά όλες τις παρτίδες ή μόνο γι' αυτές που (μάλλον) κατασκευάστηκαν στην Πολωνία, οπότε διευκρινήστε το πριν προχωρήσετε στην αγορά. Στη δικη μου περίπτωση, η συσκευασία είχε στην μπροστινη πλευρά της, εκτός από φωτογραφία του πιεσόμετρου και ξεχωριστή (μικρή) φωτογραφία του τροφοδοτικού, το οποίο και όντως συμπεριελάμβανε. Όταν η συσκευή λειτουργεί με το τροφοδοτικό, ακόμα κι αν υπάρχουν μπαταρίες εντός της, δεν τις καταναλώνει, 5) Έχει τη δυνατότητα να λειτουργεί και με επαναφορτιζόμενες μπαταρίες (NiMh), με τον περιορισμό όμως οτι αυτές θα πρέπει να αφαιρούνται αν η συσκευή δεν θα χρησιμοποιηθεί για περισσότερο από 1 εβδομάδα, 6) Υπάρχει προειδοποιητική ένδειξη αν δεν έχει τοποθετηθεί σωστά η περιχειρίδα, 7) Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να διαγραφεί κάποια μέτρηση από τη μνήμη, κάτι που είναι χρήσιμο αν λ.χ. θέλεις να μετρήσεις την πίεση και κάποιου άλλου ατόμου, δεν θέλεις όμως να μεταβληθεί ο μέσος όρος των δικών σου αποθηκευμένων μετρήσεων (που σου τον δείχνει πρώτο-πρώτο μόλις πατήσεις το κουμπί της μνήμης). Η διαγραφή πάντως (από τη μνήμη) κάποιας μέτρησης, πρέπει να γίνει αμέσως μετά τη συγκεκριμένη μέτρηση (δεν γίνεται εκ των υστέρων), 8) Όταν βγάλεις τις μπαταρίες (π.χ. για αντικατάσταση) ναι μεν χρειάζεται επαναρύθμιση η ημετομηνία/ώρα, όμως οι αποθηκευμένες μετρήσεις στη μνήμη (οι 90 τελευταίες) δεν χάνονται, 9) Η περιχειρίδα της συσκευασίας είναι μεγέθους M-L (22-42cm), καλύπτει δηλαδή το σύνολο σχεδόν των ατόμων, εκτός από μικρά παιδιά και άτομα με υπερβολικά μεγάλα μπράτσα, 10) Η συσκευή έχει εγγύηση 5 ετών (πλην της περιχειρίδας που έχει 2 έτη), ενώ τα περισσότερα πιεσόμετρα, χαμηλής και μεσαίας τιμής έχουν εγγύηση 2 ετών.
Το μόνο αρνητικό που (μέχρι στιγμής) εντόπισα, είναι ότι το εγχειρίδιο χρήσης που υπάρχει στη συσκευασία, είναι στα Πολωνικά και στα Αγγλικά. Με ελάχιστο ψάξιμο στο ίντερνετ όμως, κατέβασα πανεύκολα (από την επίσημη ιστοσελίδα της εταιρείας) και το ελληνικό εγχειρίδιο, που είναι πλήρες και αναλυτικότατο.

Very good blood pressure monitor. I am a healthcare professional, but I bought this particular one for home use. So. I have had the device for 8 months now. It is excellent.

It comes packaged with an elegant fabric case - a zippered pouch, I don't remember if this is mentioned on the product page. The MOST IMPORTANT thing, however, is that this particular blood pressure monitor is approved by the European Society of Hypertension, the International Society of Hypertension, and the World Hypertension League, and is certified for the accuracy of its measurements. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned on the product page on Skroutz, nor is it available as a selectable feature in the filters.
Also, two observations. The AFIB technology it has (atrial fibrillation detection) may not mean much to you, but if you have atrial fibrillation without knowing it, it can literally save your life. Also, those who have received instructions from a cardiologist for measuring blood pressure already know that you should measure 2 or 3 times in succession each time (instead of just once), and calculate the average for a more accurate reading. Well: This blood pressure monitor, with the MAM function option, does this for you. Each time it measures 3 times instead of 1, and directly shows the average value of the measurements.
Final observation: If you do not want to use up batteries (it takes 4 AA batteries), there is also a power adapter with a cable for mains power (sold separately, I ordered it in the same order as the blood pressure monitor for an extra €8). I am not providing a link because I do not know if Skroutz allows references to third-party products. Those interested, search for it.

One of the best of its kind. With my old blood pressure monitor, everyone in the family had high blood pressure. We felt relieved with its measurements. Major advantages are the triple blood pressure measurement and that it detects atrial fibrillation in time.

The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was that it doesn't have a backlight on the screen. Other than that, its measurement accuracy is very good compared to more expensive models.

Very good product! The fact that there is an indication of atrial fibrillation is the best thing. It truly saves lives. It detected atrial fibrillation even though the blood pressure was good, around 12-13 systolic, in a relative of mine and indeed it was happening at that moment. We rushed straight to the hospital and avoided the worst. If we had a simple blood pressure monitor, they might not have survived.

It was purchased for €47.78 (with free shipping) and I am very satisfied with the device. I have had it for a short time, so I do not have an opinion on its durability (my previous blood pressure monitor, an AEG one with good reviews and slightly cheaper, lasted 4 years before "giving up"). However, it seems well-made and sturdy, from a Swiss company (with a good reputation in medical devices) and probably manufactured in Poland (not clearly indicated on the device or its packaging). As for the accuracy of the measurements, I also do not have a complete opinion. However, in two (triple) measurements I made (the second measurement 2 minutes after completing the first), the results were almost identical (+3 mm Hg in systolic pressure during the second measurement, while diastolic pressure and pulse were exactly the same). However, I did not compare it with a professional blood pressure monitor. It seems accurate, but I do not know to what degree of accuracy it reaches. According to their own measurements and official certifications, its accuracy reaches +/- 3mm Hg, which (if true) classifies it as a relatively high-accuracy blood pressure monitor. From the reviews I read online, it seems to be quite reliable (which is why I chose it).
The positives that I have also noticed are: 1) I don't know how they managed it, but the cuff of the blood pressure monitor is very "soft" and comfortable when inflating, it "presses" your arm minimally. It probably has a highly sensitive receiver, so it does not need to inflate excessively to detect a clear sound signal/pulse in order to proceed with the measurement. It is completely different from my previous blood pressure monitor, where there were times when I felt that the blood flow in my arm would be interrupted due to excessive inflation. 2) It has the option for triple measurement, where each individual measurement starts automatically after the completion of the previous measurement, with a 15-second pause each time (to avoid excessive pressure on the arm). If the device considers any of the 3 measurements to be less accurate (due to a significant deviation compared to the other 2), it automatically rejects it and proceeds to a 4th measurement (it always warns you with a countdown for the start of each subsequent measurement). You only see the final result and not the individual measurements. This function (multiple measurements) makes the measurement more accurate, but if you prefer, you can choose the simple mode (only one measurement is taken). 3) Apart from common arrhythmias, it has the ability to detect the presence of atrial fibrillation (with a success rate of 97%, as certified by the manufacturer), which is one of the most dangerous forms of arrhythmia and quite common, especially in elderly individuals. In case of detecting atrial fibrillation, there is a separate indication on the blood pressure monitor (compared to the one for other arrhythmias). 4) In the packaging, besides the batteries and the case, a power adapter is also included (to operate the device with electricity). However, I do not know if this applies to all batches or only to those that were (probably) manufactured in Poland, so clarify this before making the purchase. In my case, the package had on its front side, apart from a photo of the blood pressure monitor and a separate (small) photo of the power supply, which it actually included. When the device is used with the power supply, even if there are batteries inside, it does not consume them. 5) It has the ability to operate with rechargeable batteries (NiMh), with the limitation that they should be removed if the device will not be used for more than 1 week, 6) There is a warning indication if the cuff is not properly positioned, 7) There is the option to delete a measurement from the memory, which is useful if, for example, you want to measure someone else's blood pressure but do not want to alter the average of your own stored measurements (which is displayed first when you press the memory button). However, the deletion of a measurement from the memory must be done immediately after that specific measurement (it cannot be done afterwards), 8) When you remove the batteries (e.g. for replacement), although the date/time needs to be reset, the stored measurements in the memory (the last 90) are not lost, 9) The cuff in the package is size M-L (22-42cm), covering almost all individuals, except for small children and individuals with excessively large arms, 10) The device has a 5-year warranty (except for the cuff, which has a 2-year warranty), while most low and medium-priced blood pressure monitors have a 2-year warranty.
The only negative thing that I have found so far is that the user manual included in the package is in Polish and English. However, with minimal searching on the internet, I easily downloaded (from the company's official website) the Greek user manual, which is comprehensive and detailed.
Αγοράσθηκε στα 47,78€ (με δωρεάν έξοδα αποστολής) και είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος από τη συσκευή. Την έχω λίγο καιρό βέβαια, επομένως δεν έχω άποψη για την αντοχή της (το προηγούμενο πιεσόμετρο που είχα, ένα της AEG, με καλές κριτικές και λίγο φθηνότερο, δούλεψε 4 χρόνια πριν "παραδώσει πνεύμα"). Πάντως φαίνεται προσεγμένη και στιβαρή κατασκευή, Ελβετικής εταιρείας (μέ πολύ καλό όνομα στα ιατρικά όργανα) και κατασκευασμένο μάλλον στην Πολωνία (δεν προκύπτει επακριβώς από τη συσκευή ή τη συσκευασία της). Ως προς την ακρίβεια των μετρήσεων, επίσης δεν έχω πλήρη άποψη. Πάντως, σε δύο (τριπλές) μετρήσεις που έκανα (η 2η μέτρηση 2 λεπτά μετά την ολοκλήρωση της πρώτης), τα αποτελέματα ήταν σχεδόν ταυτόσημα (+3 mm Hg στη συστολική πίεση κατά τη δεύτερη μέτρηση, ενώ η διαστολική πίεση και οι παλμοί ήταν ακριβώς οι ίδιοι). Από εκεί και πέρα όμως, δεν το συνέκρινα και με κάποιο επαγγελματικό πιεσόμετρο. Φαίνεται δηλαδή ακριβές, δεν ξέρω όμως σε ποιό βαθμό ακριβείας φθάνει, αν και σύμφωνα με τις δικές τους μετρήσεις και επίσημες πιστοποιήσεις, η ακρίβεια του φτάνει στο +/- 3mm Hg, που (εφόσον ισχύει) το κατατάσσει στα σχετικά υψηλής ακριβείας πιεσόμετρα κι από κριτικές που διάβασα στο ίντερνετ, φαίνεται γενικά να είναι αρκετά αξιόπιστο (γι' αυτό και το προτίμησα).
Τα θετικά πάντως που διαπίστωσα κι εγώ ο ίδιος είναι: 1) Δεν ξέρω πως τα κατάφεραν, αλλά η περιχερίδα του πιεσόμετρου κάνει πολύ "μαλακό" και άνετο "φούσκωμα", σου "πιέζει" δηλαδή ελάχιστα το χέρι. Μάλλον έχει υψηλής ευαισθησίας δέκτη κι έτσι δεν χρειάζεται να φουσκώσει υπερβολικά για να εντοπίσει ευκρινές ηχητικό σήμα /παλμό, ώστε να μπορέσει να προχωρήσει σε μέτρηση. Καμία σχέση δηλαδή με το προηγούμενο πιεσόμετρο μου, όπου υπήρχαν φορές που αισθανόμουν οτι λίγο ακόμα και θα διακοπεί η ροή του αίματος στο χέρι μου από το υπερβολικό "φούσκωμα", 2) Έχει τη δυνατότητα για τριπλή μέτρηση, όπου η κάθε επιμέρους μέτρηση ξεκινάει αυτόματα μετά την ολοκλήρωση της προηγούμενης μέτρησης, μετά από 15 δευτερόλεπτα παύσης κάθε φορά (ώστε να μην "πιεστεί" ιδιαίτερα το χέρι). Αν μάλιστα η συσκευή θεωρήσει κάποια από τις 3 μετρήσεις ως μειωμένης ακρίβειας (λόγω μεγάλης απόκλισης σε σχέση με τις άλλες 2 ) την απορρίπτει αυτόματα και προχωράει και σε 4η μέτρηση (σε προειδοποιεί βέβαια πάντοτε, με αντίστροφη μέτρηση χρόνου, για την έναρξη κάθε διαδοχικής μέτρησης). Εσύ φυσικά βλέπεις μόνο το τελικό αποτέλεσμα κι όχι τις επιμέρους μετρήσεις. Αυτή η λειτουργία (των πολλαπλών μετρήσεων) κάνει τη μέτρηση αρκετά πιο ακριβή, αν θέλεις όμως μπορείς να επιλέξεις την απλή λειτουργία (να γίνεται δηλαδή μιά μόνο μέτρηση), 3) Έχει τη δυνατότητα, εκτός από τις τυχόν κοινές αρρυθμίες, να ανιχνεύει και την τυχόν ύπαρξη κολπικής μαρμαριγής (με ποσοστό επιτυχίας 97% όπως πιστοποιούν οι ίδιοι), που είναι από τις πιο επικίνδυνες μορφές αρρυθμίας και αρκετά συχνή, ειδικά σε ηλικιωμένα άτομα. Σε περίπτωση ανίχνευσης κολπικής μαρμαριγής υπάρχει ξεχωριστή ένδειξη στο πιεσόμετρο (σε σχέση μ' αυτή που υπάρχει για τις υπόλοιπες αρρυθμίες), 4) Στη συσκευασία, εκτός από τις μπαταρίες και τη θήκη, συμπεριλαμβάνεται και το τροφοδοτικο (για να λειτουργεί η συσκευή και με ηλ. ρεύμα). Δεν ξέρω όμως αν αυτό ισχύει γιά όλες τις παρτίδες ή μόνο γι' αυτές που (μάλλον) κατασκευάστηκαν στην Πολωνία, οπότε διευκρινήστε το πριν προχωρήσετε στην αγορά. Στη δικη μου περίπτωση, η συσκευασία είχε στην μπροστινη πλευρά της, εκτός από φωτογραφία του πιεσόμετρου και ξεχωριστή (μικρή) φωτογραφία του τροφοδοτικού, το οποίο και όντως συμπεριελάμβανε. Όταν η συσκευή λειτουργεί με το τροφοδοτικό, ακόμα κι αν υπάρχουν μπαταρίες εντός της, δεν τις καταναλώνει, 5) Έχει τη δυνατότητα να λειτουργεί και με επαναφορτιζόμενες μπαταρίες (NiMh), με τον περιορισμό όμως οτι αυτές θα πρέπει να αφαιρούνται αν η συσκευή δεν θα χρησιμοποιηθεί για περισσότερο από 1 εβδομάδα, 6) Υπάρχει προειδοποιητική ένδειξη αν δεν έχει τοποθετηθεί σωστά η περιχειρίδα, 7) Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να διαγραφεί κάποια μέτρηση από τη μνήμη, κάτι που είναι χρήσιμο αν λ.χ. θέλεις να μετρήσεις την πίεση και κάποιου άλλου ατόμου, δεν θέλεις όμως να μεταβληθεί ο μέσος όρος των δικών σου αποθηκευμένων μετρήσεων (που σου τον δείχνει πρώτο-πρώτο μόλις πατήσεις το κουμπί της μνήμης). Η διαγραφή πάντως (από τη μνήμη) κάποιας μέτρησης, πρέπει να γίνει αμέσως μετά τη συγκεκριμένη μέτρηση (δεν γίνεται εκ των υστέρων), 8) Όταν βγάλεις τις μπαταρίες (π.χ. για αντικατάσταση) ναι μεν χρειάζεται επαναρύθμιση η ημετομηνία/ώρα, όμως οι αποθηκευμένες μετρήσεις στη μνήμη (οι 90 τελευταίες) δεν χάνονται, 9) Η περιχειρίδα της συσκευασίας είναι μεγέθους M-L (22-42cm), καλύπτει δηλαδή το σύνολο σχεδόν των ατόμων, εκτός από μικρά παιδιά και άτομα με υπερβολικά μεγάλα μπράτσα, 10) Η συσκευή έχει εγγύηση 5 ετών (πλην της περιχειρίδας που έχει 2 έτη), ενώ τα περισσότερα πιεσόμετρα, χαμηλής και μεσαίας τιμής έχουν εγγύηση 2 ετών.
Το μόνο αρνητικό που (μέχρι στιγμής) εντόπισα, είναι ότι το εγχειρίδιο χρήσης που υπάρχει στη συσκευασία, είναι στα Πολωνικά και στα Αγγλικά. Με ελάχιστο ψάξιμο στο ίντερνετ όμως, κατέβασα πανεύκολα (από την επίσημη ιστοσελίδα της εταιρείας) και το ελληνικό εγχειρίδιο, που είναι πλήρες και αναλυτικότατο.

Very good blood pressure monitor and the best thing is that it takes three consecutive measurements to detect atrial fibrillation. Good construction, easy to use.
Πολύ καλό πιεσόμετρο και το καλύτερο όλων είναι ότι κάνει τρεις μετρήσεις συνεχόμενες για να πιάσει την κολπική μαρμαρυγή. Καλή κατασκευή εύκολη στην χρήση.
