If you think it will make your sofa look brand new, don't buy it.
It is small, quite powerful, and stores easily.
For refreshing and immediate stain removal, it is just right. If the stains are very old, it will do nothing.
The 2.5ah battery lasts 14-15 minutes; in 15 minutes I clean the sofa, the office chair, and one single bed.
It takes 75 minutes to charge the battery, so get two or get the 5ah battery which lasts 25-28 minutes.
I kept my expectations low for old stains, but for refreshing it did the job and it showed in the color of the water in the tank, the cleaning fluid was yellow, the color of the water in the tank was brown-grey.

    Update:
Oil finally spilled on the sofa, it cleaned it, left nothing behind.
The button can indeed get stuck, it happened to me too, you need to be careful how you press it, but it comes back if you try a bit, but yes it can get stuck.
    Update 2:
About the button! It is poorly made. The reason it gets stuck is that they put lubricant which goes away with use, whereas it should have some mechanical part like a spring, but it has nothing, it returns to its position with the pressure of the water. Personally, I removed the button with a screwdriver and put lubricant (silicone) and there is no problem, I suppose at some point the lubricant will go away again and will need to be reapplied. If I had the time, maybe I would make some hack with a spring, but for now I just put lubricant and the button is fine.

If someone has €295 (the product cost along with battery and charger) and wants to throw it away, they should buy this vacuum cleaner.
    1) The charger didn't make good contact with the battery from the start, and I had to improvise with plastic to get it to charge.
    2) Non-existent autonomy, not even 10 minutes.
    3) The button that sprays water broke, and it sprays continuously.
    4) I might have used it 3 times.
Shame on a company like Karcher for deceiving consumers.
I will file a complaint; I won't let you deceive consumers like this.

The third time I used it, the button got stuck, resulting in it spraying continuously. I bought it for €140 and they asked me for €100 for a new replacement, which is exactly the same as the one that broke, so I refused to change it. It's not worth buying at all.

Disappointing battery life, if it had a cord it would be ideal. Needed service once (the trigger button that releases the liquid glue got stuck on the 5th use). I sold it and bought the se 4001 with a cord, it is bulkier but there you really understand the difference in suction resulting in better cleaning and much more drying.

Only for the battery alone, it's not worth buying products from this company..
The autonomy is truly shameful, barely 10 minutes..
They force you to buy another battery for 100€ just to get another ten minutes of autonomy. So, you need like 5 batteries to constantly change them just to get any work done..
    Truly tragic..

For 240 euros (including the separate purchase of the charger and battery), it is not worth its money. Yes, it cleans well, but we are talking about a terrible 12-minute autonomy for the simple 18v + 2.5ah battery. Charging to reach 100% takes about 1 hour + something, but if you want to do extended work, it is not convenient at all. Of course, you can buy the upgraded 18v + 5ah battery... but it costs about an extra 100 euros and we are talking about an autonomy of around half an hour instead of 10 minutes. Too much money on consumables (batteries + accessories) that we all know will wear out over time and will need replacement. It would have been better if they had passed a cable and we could plug it in.

As for the accessories, it is also a big disappointment. The button you press to spray water is literally a joke. I had read a review that said someone's spray button had gotten stuck (resulting in continuous water spraying and wetting everything), so I was suspicious and handled it with great care. Nevertheless, it did get stuck for me as well. What I saw (because I opened it with pliers myself to see how the switch works and why it gets stuck...) is that it is a cheap piece of plastic with some small parts that function as switches to regulate the water flow... Meaning, it will break with frequent pressing, whether you want it or not. And if you get a replacement, it will break again... If the vacuum cleaner cost 100 euros (with the accessories), I wouldn't have high expectations... But if you need almost the same amount of money for consumables (batteries + accessories) as the vacuum cleaner itself costs... Sorry, I won't buy it again.

I bought it so that I can occasionally clean the family cars, small rugs, mattresses, as well as my child's countless stuffed animals.

The first test, on the heavily soiled mats of the 2 cars (which hadn't been cleaned for over a month), was impressive: they cleaned very well with minimal effort (3 passes), while the large battery still had about 20% remaining. With careful use (meaning I turn it off when not in use), it lasts for about 25 minutes of intense cleaning - the small one (I tested it on a kitchen rug which it made shiny) lasts for about 12-14 minutes (I intentionally exhausted it).

I will come back once I clean the rest of the objects.

Portability is its biggest advantage. It is truly lightweight and convenient: however, it comes at a cost (the batteries are quite expensive). With 2 batteries, it will do the job, but don't expect to clean all the rugs in the house at once.

  • If someone has €295 (the product cost along with battery and charger) and wants to throw it away, they should buy this vacuum cleaner.

  • The third time I used it, the button got stuck, resulting in it spraying continuously. I bought it for €140 and they asked me for €100 for a new replacement, which is exactly the same as the one that broke, so I refused to change it. It's not worth buying at all.

  • Disappointing battery life, if it had a cord it would be ideal. Needed service once (the trigger button that releases the liquid glue got stuck on the 5th use). I sold it and bought the se 4001 with a cord, it is bulkier but there you really understand the difference in suction resulting in better cleaning and much more drying.

  • Only for the battery alone, it's not worth buying products from this company..
The autonomy is truly shameful, barely 10 minutes..
They force you to buy another battery for 100€ just to get another ten minutes of autonomy. So, you need like 5 batteries to constantly change them just to get any work done..
    Truly tragic..
