Hartmann Molicare Premium Elastic incontinence briefs fasten at the sides with elastic side panels and wide, reusable tabs that make them easy to handle and adapt to the body's movements. The three-layer absorbent core locks in and evenly distributes moisture, while the quick-dry system helps ensure comfort during use.
The inner cuffs help prevent leaks, while the Air Active side panels reduce heat build-up, allowing the skin around the hips to breathe. Curly Fiber helps maintain a skin-friendly pH of 5.5. The brief is designed for overnight use or extended wear during the day.

Users rate the diapers very highly, especially praising their excellent absorbency and comfortable, flexible fit. They’re considered suitable for everyday use and for caring for people who are bedridden, and the material is regarded as gentle on the skin. However, some users find them bulky and note that the price has increased.
Good for its price, it lasts over 3 uses, nice material BUT very bulky, it's like having a pillow between your legs, it's not easy to wear with tight clothes, leggings or jeans, which makes it difficult for me to wear it at school and work because it is really huge
It is expensive, but it is the best product for those who live with it. There is no comparison, because there is no competition. All the other companies are far inferior and create problems over time.
Very good quality in both absorbency and texture on the skin/application.
Slightly more expensive than other options but worth the money
They are elastic, so comfortable to use and incredibly absorbent. Unfortunately, I haven't found affordable diapers in Greece with great durability and absorbency. These are the only ones that have the best absorption. I use them throughout the day with changes every 3 to 5 hours. Unfortunately, for a bedridden patient at night, there is no diaper available in Greece that can handle it, so I purchase them from abroad! Within the country, these are the only ones that are worth it!
The best diapers for incontinence that I have tried, besides being comfortable, are extremely absorbent and even when they are full, nothing escapes from them.

I have tried them all! I use it on a patient permanently in bed. It is simply the best.

Only problem the sudden increase in their price and the addition of only 24 pieces in the package.
