Excellent! I bought at the same time similar medical ones, made entirely of silicone (transparent), and it's like night and day (and these are also cheaper!). Plus, the silicone ones stick when putting on and taking off shoes with socks, and you get annoyed every time. If you don't need a foot scan (hardcore issues), these are highly recommended!
I don't know about durability yet, I will update if they disappoint over time.

Άσε που οι σιλικόνης κολλάνε στο βάλε-βγάλε του παπουτσιού με τις κάλτσες και σιχτιριζεις κάθε φορα. Αν δεν έχετε ανάγκη πελματογραφηματος (hard core θέματα), προτείνονται ανεπιφύλακτα!
Δε γνωρίζω για αντοχή, θα επανέλθω αν απογοητεύσουν στην πορεία.
I bought them by chance from a store with orthopedic items in Kallithea where I went to buy products for my mother. They have a very high arch and so they require my foot to get used to them. When I wear another pair, I miss that support. They are quite soft but not excessively so. I also noticed that they provide high thermal insulation for several hours. While everyone else after 6 - 7 hours has frozen their feet, I was still fine. The only downside (for me) is that they are made in Turkey. I bought them again and will buy them again
