The content of the product is good. But the packaging is very inconvenient for 2 reasons:
1. It is difficult to open and close the screw-on lid when you are in the shower with wet hands (especially if your hands also have soap).
2. To get the shampoo out of the bottle, you have to squeeze it, but the bottle is hard to squeeze and can even slip out of your hands, causing you to have to shake it like crazy.
Very poor packaging.
