The only thing that always bothered me was the smell/taste, especially in hot weather (summer), but I tolerate it because the ingredients are super. The increased energy is mainly due to the high percentage of B vitamins, so you shouldn't take it continuously for many months, you should take a break. It is stated on the packaging.

    The SUPER has a difference from the plain Quest Once A Day in that all the B Vitamins are 50mg. For most people, the plain one is enough, but for those who need continuous intake of high doses of B Vitamins (Nervous system/Hair-Nails-Skin/and many others), the Quest Super Once A Day is ideal.
