How did I live before without this? The best gift I have ever gotten!!! It frees up your hands! I use it every day!!!!!!!!!! We have named it Maritsa!
It doesn't get stuck anywhere! It goes under the furniture! It easily cleans carpets! It needs a flat House/apartment!
The first time, you let it go for a walk and map out the area and it's ready!!! The app is super easy!!! It gives you a map of the House and if you don't want it to clean the whole House... then you click which room you want, which it has separated with different colors! You set how many times you want it to vacuum (up to two times repeatedly), whether you want just vacuuming or mopping, and at what level (silent or turbo)! Personally, I don't let it vacuum at night because its noise bothers me! Usually, I lift the coffee table and put it on the couch, I set it up and leave... and I control it from the app! When I come back, I find the House vacuumed and ready!!! It needs furniture with a few centimeters of clearance underneath so it can fit and vacuum underneath them!!
NEGATIVES:
1) the noise
2) it doesn't take detergent for mopping
3) expensive consumables
4) you have to empty the dirty water because if you forget, it smells within the first 24 hours! In the clean water, I only put deionized water!!!

Purchased in January from an official reseller and cost as much as its weight in gold. I preferred this solution to have technical support and warranty. It was intended for preventive replacement of the first Mi Robot Vacuum I bought 6 years ago, which left me extremely satisfied, but it has started to smell a bit strange when it heats up, and I believe it will break down soon. I hesitated between this and the sibling model (Dreame L10s), and I chose Xiaomi for the reasons I mentioned above.

The positives:

- Cleans well and does it quietly (it has more intensity levels than the old one; from standard and below, it is really very quiet).

- Mops satisfactorily. With daily use, the house stays spotless. I think the rotating pads do a good job, removing small and not dried stains.

- It is relatively autonomous, in the sense that you don't have to deal with it much. It empties the dust by itself, and essentially the only thing you have to do is empty the dirty water daily, and every two moppings, refill the clean water.

- It has a carpet avoidance feature, so it can detect carpets and not go over them, if you choose. Very useful when used for mopping.

The negatives:

- The X10+ does not seem to have the same quality construction as the old Mi Robot. I don't know if this is due to the different manufacturer (Dreame instead of Roborock), but it is true - its plastics look cheaper and it generally seems less sturdy.

- The old one vacuumed better. It just is. This one sometimes leaves behind some small bits of trash.

- The old one cleaned corners more effectively, went closer to the walls, and got under low spots more easily (the X10+ fits but seems hesitant to go under furniture) as well as in tighter spots (the X10+ has a larger diameter and cannot fit under many of the chairs that the Mi Robot Vacuum passed under).

- It does not accept detergent. It's incomprehensible, since a similar Dreame offers a special detergent for purchase. Nevertheless, I put a little detergent directly into its tank - I do not advise anyone to do this, the instructions are clear that it shouldn't - without any problems so far.

- The obstacle recognition does not work effectively. It does not avoid all cables, and it insists on going up onto the bathroom scale. And sometimes it bumps into furniture. It is truly puzzling what it needs the camera for.

- Under certain conditions (lots of hair from carpets and pets, some large debris, etc.), the automatic emptying of its dust bin may not work. That is, the process starts, but because the exit is blocked, it does nothing. The result is that dust and hair accumulate under the vacuum, and you realize it only when it makes the whole house a mess while mopping. So it requires a bit of attention, and you should check underneath from time to time to see if it has collected anything.

- You do not have access to the camera feed. Very strange, especially since similar models provide this.

- The float in the clean water tank is a transparent disc made of two parts that seal together with a cheap gasket - if this gasket fails, the disc takes in water inside and cannot float, resulting in the vacuum thinking that the tank has no water. A search convinced me that this seal indeed breaks (tip for when this inevitably happens: the disc can easily get stuck in the highest position, but if the water runs out, the vacuum won't be able to know and notify).

- The carpet avoidance function works satisfactorily, but many times the mopping pads touch the edges of the carpet, which would be better if it didn't happen.

In conclusion, it is a sufficient vacuum-mop, but I might choose a model from Roborock, which seem to be of higher quality in their construction and with which I am more positively biased due to my experience with the Mi Robot Vacuum I purchased in 2018.

At the moment, and until the old one gives out, I am using both in combination. Vacuuming every few days with the old one, to cover the areas that the new one doesn't reach, and then vacuuming on low power and mopping with the new one.

If I initially had my eye on this one, I eventually decided and got the previous model, the x10, because I convinced myself that I didn't need the mopping since the mopping with plain water it does isn't enough for me, but I want to add disinfectant and mop the way I want.

However, when I noticed that it picks up the dust and makes my life easier when mopping, I sold it and got this one (the x10+)!! Okay, the mopping of this one is nothing like the previous one! The other one just passed the cloth over and that was it. While this one has rotating brushes and removes any stains from the floor, and every 20 square meters it goes and cleans itself and then continues the rest of the mopping clean! With the previous one, I had to take out the cloth and wash it by hand with a brush because otherwise, the mess wouldn't come off. And then it absolutely needed a washing machine to clean completely. A torture for me in short.

But this one is much better than the previous one! Better mopping, better sweeping, better obstacle avoidance, and it's autonomous! The only thing I have to do is clean it (as we should do with all vacuums) and empty the dirty water and fill it with clean. What more could anyone ask for?? It's one of the best investments I've made!!!

(The disinfection I mentioned earlier I do with the Vileda XL mop, after the x10+ has gone through and taken the thick mess!! I've been saved!!)

Xiaomi X10+ - My Experiences
I gifted myself this Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10+ six weeks ago. During that time, my Ecovacs T8 Aivi robot vacuum encountered another sensor malfunction and was waiting for a replacement part.

First Impression
The weight and dimensions alone give an idea of the quality, which was confirmed after unpacking. The instructions for use are easy to understand and well-written. The charging and cleaning station included with the robot, although bulky, is very sleek and well-made, allowing it to be placed discreetly without affecting the style of the space.

Installation
Setting up the application is very easy. All you have to do is scan the QR code. The device is immediately recognized on the 2.4 GHz WLAN.
When the robot starts for the first time, it scans the house with its laser within a few minutes, creates a 2/3D map, and then autonomously divides it into rooms. In any case, it is possible to manually change the names and boundaries.

First Use
After creating the map, you can determine the cleaning methods for the different areas of the house based on the floor type. Sweeping, mopping, or sweeping/mopping. Unfortunately, when cleaning along the walls/obstacles, an unswept strip of 5 cm remains on the side.

Finally, you can create a weekly routine. For me, the robot focuses on one part of the house each day, always keeping the house clean with minimal effort, simply by filling and emptying the two water tanks of the charging station. I should also mention that the first operation went smoothly without the known problem of the water pump starting.

Maintenance and Care
What I appreciate the most is that the robot is completely AUTONOMOUS. I don't have to worry about anything as it empties the dust bin automatically, cleans the mop after each mopping, and also dries it to prevent the spread of unpleasant odors. The only maintenance required is to clean the area where the mop is washed with a damp cloth. The dust is collected in a pre-installed single-use bag in the station, and a spare bag is included in the package. On the internet, you can buy a 3D printed plastic dust box with a Hepa filter as a replacement for the single-use bag.

Navigation and Cleaning
The robot is so advanced that it detects if there are cables or objects on the floor to avoid them and even lifts the wet mops when it goes onto a carpet. It sweeps the floor quite well and evenly. It could even remove the occasional stain without me having to do it by hand. The suction power is also impressive and more than sufficient.

Cleaning Station
The station does a good job and is relatively quiet in most cases. The mop is washed before each start and then either after the cleaning is completed, after each room, or after cleaning 20 square meters of space, and finally dried with hot air. The dust is sucked in after the cleaning process is completed, which takes about 10 seconds and is quite noisy.

My Conclusion
All of the above leads me to recommend this robot vacuum cleaner as an alternative solution to much more expensive devices.

I did a lot of research before settling on this specific robot vacuum. We already had the XIAOMI VACUUM-MOP PRO for 3 years and we were very satisfied with it, but we wanted better mopping functionality. Unfortunately, mopping is almost non-existent with the XIAOMI VACUUM-MOP PRO. So, I ended up choosing the Xiaomi X10+, which has received great reviews from reviewers. I was torn between the Xiaomi X10+ and the Dreame L10s Ultra, which are almost identical. The only difference is that the Dreame automatically dispenses detergent into the clean water tank, while with the Xiaomi X10+, you have to fill it manually, which didn't bother me much. Additionally, the Dreame is about 400€ more expensive than the Xiaomi X10+. Lastly, Dreame does not have service in Greece, unlike Xiaomi (which I am very satisfied with so far).

I also considered the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, but I rejected it because it doesn't have rotating brushes for mopping, which I prefer, and it is considerably more expensive. Also, no one mentions that it can accept detergent, so you will definitely have unwanted odors, unlike with Xiaomi and Dreame.

Pay attention to the detergent I mentioned. You must exclusively use the XIAOMI detergent, which is currently not sold in Greece (I asked Xiaomi Greece directly). I order it from an international website. Do not use any other commercial detergent in the tank. Alternatively, you can either let it mop with just water or put a little detergent on the mop pads. I tried both methods and preferred using only water (instead of putting detergent on the mop pads). The best solution, however, is to eventually get the Xiaomi detergent from abroad.

One last thing about robot vacuums in general. In order to be satisfied and truly enjoy their value, you must have them clean the house every day (at most every other day). This way, you won't need to use a manual vacuum or mop again. As long as the robot vacuum and mop work every day, dust will never accumulate in the corners of the house. Don't treat the robot vacuum as if it were a regular vacuum and only use it once a week, for example. It needs to work every day to truly replace manual vacuuming and mopping. We now only do it manually once a month, as the Xiaomi X10+ keeps the house clean every day.

I have been using this specific product for over 2 months now (and I had the VACUUM-MOP PRO for 3 years), and I highly recommend it without hesitation!

The best robot vacuum. On a marble surface, it sweeps and mops the entire floor, leaving a shiny result. For a month that I have it, the only thing I deal with is putting clean water in its base and emptying the dirty water. It cleans by itself and you don't have to deal with it at all. It has a very good sense of space and does not hit either the furniture or if something has fallen in its way. Excellent choice even though it is expensive. But you get what you pay for.

After several months of use, I remain very satisfied. We have really forgotten about sweeping and mopping at home. Due to the fact that we have a pet at home and we have a lot of hair on the floor, it needs a good cleaning of the mechanisms, brushes, and wheels of the vacuum once every two to three months. However, its performance has not dropped and now, knowing more about the vacuum's capabilities through the app, the result is even better. Overall, all the vacuum's parts are easily removable and cleaned. For better results, it is better to program it to clean the house every third or fourth day so that it does not accumulate too much and get clogged. Even better is the fact that at any time through the app, you can activate it to clean while you are away from home. It is not silent, but it certainly makes much less noise compared to a traditional vacuum cleaner. It is ultimately an investment worth it when you have a large house that requires a lot of time for cleaning.
