The TTArtisan 50mm f/1.4 Tilt-Shift is a manual prime lens designed for Nikon Z cameras with a full-frame sensor. Its focus-plane adjustment mechanism allows tilt of up to 8° and rotation of up to 90°, so the tilt direction can be adjusted to suit the subject. When the mechanism is not in use, it functions as a standard 50 mm lens.
The maximum f/1.4 aperture makes it easier to shoot in challenging lighting conditions and allows for a shallow depth of field to separate the subject from the background, particularly in portraits. The metal construction features a focus ring with a textured surface, smooth continuous movement, and a design compatible with follow-focus systems. The optical construction comprises 7 elements in 6 groups, including high-refractive-index elements, while the aperture has 12 blades.
