Description

Design and Construction

The SiX4 BBQ Vapor is a fully stainless steel closed-type grill for home or professional use. Thanks to the six-fold (stainless steel) burner, the temperature is distributed across the entire surface of the grill. It features a water drawer for fats, making cleaning easy, while the water evaporation helps the grilled food retain its moisture. It has a built-in thermometer, a rotisserie slot, an auxiliary grill, and is supported by a range of accessories for all types of grilling.

Specifications

The six4 is made entirely of stainless steel, featuring a stainless steel grill measuring 50×37 cm with a dense arrangement, made from stainless steel rods with a diameter of 8 mm. It has a powerful burner with a wide temperature range, allowing us to grill directly at high temperatures as typically required for a beef steak, or indirectly at low temperatures needed to cook large pieces of meat with simultaneous smoking, if desired.

Additional Features

It features a large stainless steel water drawer. The water in the drawer beneath the burners allows the grilled food to retain its moisture, keeping it tender; additionally, the presence of water helps reduce fumes and collect fats. The six4 is a tabletop model, can be built-in, and is available in two types: open grill and closed BBQ. It has rotisserie slots, full coverage for spare parts, and a range of accessories such as a smoking box, motor base, stainless steel rotisserie, and auxiliary rack.
