One of the best men's multivitamins I have tried.

Pros: Immediate boost, complete ingredient profile, good price for the number of servings.

Cons: The tablets are a bit large (if someone has trouble swallowing), but you get used to them.
I highly recommend it for daily use, especially during periods of intense stress or exercise.

Amazing vitamins, I saw a difference in my workout, the pill is very strong, one a day is better for me, at three a day you pee orange..

I hadn't taken this specific one for about 8-9 months, I was taking Anavite (Gaspari). Initially, it gave me a negative impression, the smell, the color of the tablets, and the drop in price (I used to buy them for around 38-40 euros) on the other hand, almost 30 euros for 2 months of use is vfm, that's why I bought them again (180 tabs). They had a strong smell and the tablets were yellow. I bought them from Greece, I would never buy supplements from Bulgaria. I hope that the drop in price doesn't mean a drop in quality. I will wait 15-20 days to see if they will give me some boost like before. There are definitely more comprehensive multivitamins out there like Animal Pak, Orange Triad. Depending on each person's needs and the money they want to spend. For now, 3.5 stars, for the changes I saw compared to before.

Taking one tablet daily for three months, I can say that it gives you enough energy throughout the day. Personally, I am in the stage of protein and vitamins. During the first two weeks, you feel like you want to vomit after taking it, but it is normal as the body is not accustomed to it!

I used to take it in the past and it was a pretty good multivitamin.. now I bought it from nutraholics and it seems to me that they sent me a fake product. Besides the fact that it has changed color and smell, it doesn't do anything. Overall, I don't think I will shop from this store again.

I did not see any difference after a week of daily use (1-2 pills/day). Very strong smell that no one mentions! It smells bad as soon as you open the package and also each pill separately.

I have been using it for several years (4-5) as a daily multivitamin (regardless of whether I exercise during that period). It does what it promises, even at 1/3 of the dosage. I rarely take 2 tablets a day, but when I do, I really have energy even after my workout, regardless of my daily calorie intake. Generally, the blood tests I do every year do not show anything harmful, so for now, I consider it safe for long-term use.

One of the best products in its category. I have been using it for more than two years with noticeable improvement in fatigue levels and overall body protection. It is recommended to take 2-3 tablets per day, but even with one tablet daily, there is a noticeable difference.

I had bought it about 10 years ago and now I bought it again for the second time, one of the most valuable vitamins especially for athletes. I don't take the recommended dose (3 tablets) but usually 1 or 2, and with this dosage, it perfectly complements your diet. Note (because it has a high dose of biotin, you may notice your urine phosphorescent, especially with 3 tablets). Also, with proper diet and exercise, it helps in fat burning (green tea extract) plus the BCAAs that help athletes.

It may not have the crazy amounts per tablet, but for me, it is top-notch (from my relatively small experience, 5 different products).
