    I use it as a tabletop tripod for a ZV-E10, with a kit lens. Small, stable, with the ability to "lock" the height at the first "step" of extension (after that without "locking"). There is also the option to rotate the head for vertical videos.
    I believe it could easily be used as a vlogging tripod, to always have the camera screwed on whether you have it in your hands or resting it on some surface (e.g., a table). However, it does not have any kind of release plate for quick attachment to the tripod, and you have to "screw" it onto the fixed head each time (so be careful if you want to use it with other tripods or if you want it to be more securely mounted on the tripod).
    For the money and for what I wanted it for, I am completely satisfied.
